Sock Stretch - Correct Method?

Hi,

I've been doing the Sock Stretch exclusively for the past month, but have not yet noticed any improvement.

This is my routine:

1. Have a hot shower

2. Stretch straight out, left, right, up, and down, holding each stretch for 1 minute

I do this every 48 hours. I know some people do it every day, but it takes 48 hours minimum for cells to repair, so I figured I would get better results this way.

Anything I'm doing wrong?

The mistake that you are doing is [I do this every 48 hours. I know some people do it every day, but it takes 48 hours minimum for cells to repair, so I figured I would get better results this way.]

Tiger, it takes a significant amount of time and force to deform collagenous tissue, doing a routine every 48hours is a recipe for failure. Have a look at the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thread and enlighten yourself.

Additionally, it takes patience and perseverance to see gains, especially after you have reap the newbie gains. One month sometimes may not be enough to judge a routine, just keep that in mind.

I would include the Sock Stretches as part of a total routine. Any one exercise will yield only what that exercise is hitting. There are various length exercises that touch many different angles, it is best to include all angles. To keep this simple I would suggest adding Sock Stretches into the Newbie Stretching routine. This will hit every angle and bring gains the fastest. You may also want to read up on SRT Theory and how this can help you gain and heal like a pro.

The most I have is about 15 minutes a day to do this. Mainly because of privacy isssues, and also I'm a full time design student and work too.

I see some guys doing it 2 hours a day, and I simply don't have that kind of free time. Is 15 minutes enough to get a routine done?

This is what I'm curious about as well, since I'm in his shoes as far as why I'm so limited for time. I'm guessing 15 minutes isn't enough, but maybe the sock stretches and then an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] after? Also, is there a link to the sock stretches thread? Just curious to see it.
