Small Head???

Red, one last question. Just to get it right. I put on the base of the condom right under my glans. I massage to erection then I can enter the pump? Also do I use some type of cloth under the condom or can I just put in on directly? Thanks for the help

Yes underneath the glans. I'm not cut so I leave around 1 inch gap underneath the ridges of the glans otherwise the skin hurts. Become aroused first and then put the rim on. Its best to loop the rim so its tighter. You can use a bit of padding if you like, no problems. Yes then enter the pump erect or semi erect. When you now pump, what will happen is the glans is being FOCUSED on as-well ... ISOLATED if you will and being enlarged like if it were in a head pump itself. The constriction from the rim engorges the glans and hence this is focused on from the internal pressure.

You may get discomfort at first but persevere and after a few sessions you will be really pleased. Let us know how it goes.

Thank you so much Red. Now here is the last question. I promise. There are times when I can not seem to get it up because I think I have done too much Penis Enlargement. If that is the case, can I still put on the rim and then go into the pump flaccid still. I have been going into the pump flaccid and am still making gains so I was wondering if I can do the same sometimes with the rim. Please advise. Thank you

Yeah you can do that, its better then nothing and the constriction will still be in place. What will happen is the pressure will bring blood into the glans and it stays in place with the rim. Might feel quite uncomfortable when going in flaccid but its nothing to be concerned over.
