I had to post this. I keep sitting on my balls. It sucks. I had a dull ache in my testes for a majority of the afternoon yesterday. It felt like someone had their foot on my sac, just a dull pressure. I keep sitting on them.

See for all you guys who want to have low hanging balls, you can get them just like I did by ball jelqing and testes massage when I first started out. I have been doing ES work and it's caused my balls to just hang and hang and hang. I have a larger bulge now which is nice, the ladies take notice, but I can't stand when I sit in a chair that's a bit smaller than I'm used to and I sit on my boys. The problem was at the concert the other night, the seats are made for people a quarter of my width and I was squeezed in the thing, and if that's not bad enough I sit on myself. Ohhh well, I've got low balls now and I like em that way, but just be warned that this can be a painful bonus to have, so be careful. LOL.
 
I wish i had your problem... i have high balls and i just can't get them to hang low. I try to stretch them every chance i get and even tried ball weights without any luck.
 
hey millionman, what ball routine did you do EXACTLY down to a t and hwo long did it take you to see noticable Penis EnlargementRMANENT results (lower hang)

HAHAHA I love it! yeah I have done it before too. But its all in the support you wear. You just gotta pull the "boys" up front before you sit if you have the wrong underwear on. Its a nice problem to have!!

Sikdogg, Stay with the collar weights, you can wear them longer and they do a great job. If you stick with it you will be amazed at how fast they do stretch compared to your penis.
 
I sat on my dick the otherday after a good stretch session, probably didn't hurt near as bad, but either way its definately good for a boost in confidence. rofl
 
you got the saggin balls that you sit on. i got the high riders, so instead of sittin on my balls i have to worry about the toilet bowl water :D

trust me man your problem isn't that bad...at least you got the bulge :/
 
you got to pull them up i do it every time i sit or when i sit on the shitter i have not wore underwear in 20 some years and they hang about 9 inchs down i always have had big nuts they are the size of chicken eggs so underwear just was to constrictive now if my dick would just catch up i would be laughing. Started pe about 3 years ago at 6 bpl by 5 girth now 7.25 by 6 and nuts that hang about 9 want low hangers throw out your underwear
 
i don't know if i could handle low nuts, i cant sit at all with my legs together and you don't ever see me stand with my feet together. if my nuts were to hang low that would be some serious problems right there.

Ive started doing ball jelqs now in my routine. I do 1 or 200 per day before I do my regular jelqs. I also do stretched before I do penis stretches. Hoping to get some gains on my balls soon.
 
i forgot to mention that i also jelg my balls as part of my work out and if your lucky the better half also has helped along the way every night she can not fall a sleep unless she has a hand full she says it makes her feel safe . She grew up on a farm and says i look like the old bull they used to have as a kidd .
 
It was at the end of the 2nd period in a fast paced game of basketball... 1 year ago... i was sweating, my testicles were loosely hanging...dripping... my legs burning from the intense playing.... i quickly sit down on the bench in an akward position... i will never forget that day :(

Never really had the problem during exertion, but when my body temp is higher and the weather outside is warm, then I have to pay attention to what's going on in the pants. It's no fun having realy big tree trunk legs and getting into a car and they suqish up under one leg and almost under one butt cheek, it's not tto pleasant. If you ever see a big guy getting out of a car he just got into to "reset" himself, then have a good laugh cause you know what's going on. It's funny to me at least, even though it's a bit painful.
 
Yeah Millionman, what exactly is your routine? I've asked a time or two and didn't get any responses in other threads about good ball exercises. It's nothing I'm real obsessed with and I'm focused on the penis, but I thought I'd see what you have had work for you.
 
If you asked me in the other threads I apologize for not responding. When I first got interested in low hanging balls I would ball jelq for 100-300 reps depending on how my hands felt after my girth session. I only ball jelqed for the first few months and then I started doing DLD's testicle health massage, and this helped greatly as well as loosening up the scrotum skin. My routine now that they are where I always wanted them to be, just to actually hang, and now they hang lower than my flaccid penis, is the Expressive Stretching method that DLD has been working on here recently. It's helping my length gains tremendously by pushing everything out and able to receive more stress, while my balls receive a good bit of stretch using this method, it also appears to be a more efficient manner of lowering the balls. Now I hang at almost 7 inches constantly, except when it's cold. So right now I do 10 ES stretches before my hanging session, and 10 in between my 3-4 set of hanging, and I occasionally finish with ES, but not always. Does this help at all?
 
ctmwm... what is your scrotum lowering routine??

wierdest thing i notice is the balls hang lower at night from around 8=9 oclock theyre loser and lower.wierd

Sorry I mispoke. I don't think it was you, but I've asked a couple of other about the ball stretching methods and never got a good reply from those threads.

I understand DLD's Testicle Health, which is basically just a comprehensive rubbing massage of the testicles simultaneously. I don't know exactly what ball jelqing is. I assume it is a jelqing of the balls while hanging within the scrotum, essentially milking the scrotum until the pull on the balls begins to become uncomfortable?

I have not yet read up on expressive stretching as I've been so busy lately, I'm only making it on every two or three days and just have not had a chance to read the material.
 
Ball jelqing is exactly as you said it is. Be careful if you get into it though and start a bit easy on yourself as it feels a bit odd when you first start. I would definitely reccomend getting into the first page of the ES thread and read it just to start the idea rolling around in your head because it may take a bit to really understand what DLD is getting at.

Well I just use the SS collars / weights once a week now. I used to do it 4 nights a week overnight. I have what I want for hang, so I just do it for fun and to cement my gains.
 
I came to grips with the fact that I have really no money to spend on anything Penis Enlargement or BE related as I've been doing nothing, but school work and not working at all so shit. Can't get the surgical steel ball stretchers. Will get them at some point. I said I would get a hanger some day and I did scrap some cash together for it so damn it I know I will have low hanging balls soon enough!

For a cheaper alternative, you could use metallic shaft collars. You can find them at some hardware store or at www.mcmaster.com Just do a search for shaft collars.
I´ve been using them and they are ok. I think they cost around 6-7 dollars each, and they come in many sizes, models, widths, inner diameters, outer diameters, materials, etc.

Well if you are really looking to BE you can use almost anything. I have used
These magnet wrist wraps, they use velcro and work perfect. $6.00-9.00 at Walmart. Or try some soft rope like the boating kind. Some shower curtain rings, napkin holders / rings. Amost anything will work.

hahaha, I pull the boys down and wrap it around the scrote and it keeps them extended and stretched out.
 
Do you double-up on the thing? It looks like one would need a good three inches or so between the base of the scrotum and the balls. I just don't have that much scrotum, I don't think. Guess mine don't really hang much.

Nah they make 3 different sizes / widths. Start with the smallest and work up.
 
Since it's getting a bit warmer down here the boys have been hanging lower than when I first posted. It's hard driving a manual transmission while you're all compressed, man I hate having tree trunks for legs. It's not so bad, but I've had to go back to wearing boxer briefs just to hold them in the same general position, and it's helped a good bit since they can't extend out the bottom of the boxer briefs because of the spandex around the leg.
