You dont have to remove the silisleev to piss. They wont cut off circulation and they come in two diameters .75" (20mm) and 1" (27mm) and both are very elastic.

The design of the silisleev expands at the head. I haven't experienced a cold head, I'm sure other members will chime in here as well to share their experience. My flaccid girth is 4.5" and both sleeves work fine. The 20mm silisleev is a little more snug than the 27mm but nothing excessive.

As the silisleeve extends the penis, the siliring traps blood to maintain expansion for girth during healing. This is as good as it gets for all day comfort and healing while cementing length and girth gains.

The combination is killer, so perfect for SRT! Gaining is only half the game, healing is the other half. Now you can fulfill all healing portions of SRT or any routine.

This is quite impressive. I'm suppose to buy the sizedoctor but after going through this thread, it seems the PF would be the best combo with the silli sleeve.

I wonder if PF is still shipping ever since Julian left.

Allot of people have been questioning how the silisleev compares to the phallosan condom sleeve. Here are some pictures we just snapped in the studio.

Unlike the SiliSleev, the phallosan condom sleeve is very thin and frigid like a condom for sex and is't very pliable therefore it will break quite easy.

Blue Sleeve is the MOS SiliSleev, white sleeve is the Phallosan condom sleeve.

I just had the same concern last week and Google had put it in my spam folder.

My delivery was very quick for the sleeves last week... I had kinda got used to dealing with ABSilicone and forgot what good service and delivery was like.
 
It is in your spam box. No matter what we do or how hard we try to get them into your regular mailbox they rarely make it there they always end up in spam. So please look through your spam box before saying you did not receive a receipt. If you can’t find the tracking receipt simply mail a request for another two [email protected].
 
Guys, whenever you order product from our shop, register an account like you would with Amazon and then you can login in and track every detail of your order in real time. Emails are not reliable as they get caught in Spam traps.

So I got the order email last week right away which said I would receive a shipping email/ notice, but I never did. I know sometimes thing slip through the cracks and that's why I waited a week. Because it's a maintenance part they can make continuous income on. It's very smart marketing. Its like a recurring sale.

Bentley cars puts one plastic gear in each door for the powered windows, they go brittle after 5 years and break. All four windows break around the same time and they cost $1,000 each to replace. They could eliminate that issue by using a metal gear (aluminum) but then there would be no on going maintenance outside of oil changes.

Seriously, its sort of clever what Phallosan have done [and Bentley] but also its just how companies have gone, they dont have the same pride they used to, they will deliberately make something not last the time so you comeback and get it fixed or replaced ... for me, this isn't a nice experience, and if the business is SO GOOD, they should never need to be like that.
 
Alright, so I can officially state this... the silicap is a game changer for suction based extenders.

I have been using it with my PeniMaster for about a total of 15 hours since. I have NO irritation, pain, soreness in glans from the suction at ALL. I had a 4 hours extending session WITHOUT A BREAK and it didn't hurt the glans at all. No pain, no discoloration, NO FLUID RETENTION. Such a simple piece of equipment too.

If you have a SizeDoctor, PeniMaster, or Phallosan and you don't have a silicap to use with this, you have been doing it wrong. Game changer.

The gains will be coming soon now! @DLD @Lightning you guys are awesome.

Side note: I have got in about 15 hours of extending at 1000g grams since Friday morning. I'm psyched.

We put allot of work in when it comes to this stuff. Anything MOS puts it's name on goes through extensive research by the top pioneers in PE.

What does the SiliSleev do?
SiliSleevs have multiple uses for penis enlargement and tissue healing including...

1) Cementing penis gains after exercise by keeping the penis in a extended state as your tissue heals.

2) Reducing fluid retention and bruising while using vacuum or hydro penis pumps. Fluid retention causes un-wanted deformities of the penis such as a donut effect and the SiliSleev applies even pressure across the entire shaft to eliminate this.

3) Use as a gripping wrap to protect and de-sensitize the penis while using exercise devices such as penis extenders, penis hangers, vacuum belt extenders the LengthMaster, etc.

Can I use SiliSleev for manual penis stretching?
Yes, they can be used for manual stretching for better grip and reduce sensitivity to the penis.

Can I use SiliSleev for penis jelqing?
Yes, the long SiliSleeve145 can be used to add resistance to your penis jelqing sessions.
The regular SiliSleev85 can be lubricated to move up and down the shaft during jelqing sessions. Use with the SiliRing for expansion.

Do I need additional wraps when using the SiliSleev as a wrap?
In most cases the SiliSleev can be used as a stand alone wrapping method.

What is the SiliCap and when should I use it?
The SiliCap is used to protect and compress the head of your penis while vacuum pumping with vacuum extenders and penis pumps. The SiliCap should only be used for exercise sessions, not as an all day cap.

What size is the SiliCap?
22mm diameter x 60mm length (one size fits all) well in most cases :)

What size SiliSleev do I need?
The SiliSleev currently comes in four different sizes.

The regular SiliSleev 85s are 3.3"(85mm) long and are intended to be used with exercise devices such as penis traction stretchers, penis hangers , vacuum belt extenders and can also be used for manual stretching and jelqing.

The longer SiliSleeve 145s are 5.75"(145mm) long and are intended to be used for cementing penis gains and penis pumping but can also be used for everything else when it comes to exercise devices or manual stretching.

Both the SiliSleevs 85 and 145 come in two diameters, 0.75"(20mm) & 1"(27mm).

The 0.75"(20mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and under.

The 1”(27mm) diameter is good for guys with a flaccid girth of 4”(100mm) and larger.

However, the smaller diameter SiliSleev stretches up to five times its size, so it can accommodate larger girths as well.

What side does the ridge (thicker end) go on?
When using the SiliSleev to cement gains, the ridge of the SiliSleev should point towards the tip of your penis below the head. The same goes for penis traction extenders (vacuum as well). The ridge acts as a gripping point to lock theSiliSleev to the extender strap.

When using SiliSleevs with our MityVac HydroVac penis pumps, the ridge goes towards the bottom of your penis to lock the silisleev into the pump sleeve to create a seal.

Do I wear the SiliSleev and SiliCap together?
Yes, it is recommended that you wear them both when you are vacuum pumping with extenders or penis pumps (dry or hydro).

How long do I wear the SiliSleev?
As long as you want, depends on you.

Does the SiliSleev stop circulation to the penis?
No. The SiliSleev is very playable like a condom and will not cause any discomfort.

Can I wear the SiliSleev to sleep and to work?
Yes and Yes. The SiliSleev was designed so you can wear as an all-day/all-night stretcher.

Can I use lube with the SiliSleev?
Not while stretching, only use lube when jelqing. Lube will cause the SiliSleev to slip off when stretching. Before stretching with the SiliSleev, make sure your penis is completely clean and dry before your stretch session. You can also use rubbing alcohol on your penis to clean for extra grip. A little gripping powder will help as well but not required.

Does gripping Powder help or hurt the SiliSleev?
Gripping powder may be used as additional gripping as well but not required.

How do you clean the SiliSleev?
A gentle dish detergent works best such as Ivory or Dawn.

How do you store the SiliSleev when not in use?
Get a zip-lock plastic bag, add some talcum powder and they will stay fresh forever.

How do I put the SiliSleev on and take it off?
Roll it up like a condom, stretch over the tip of your penis, and then unroll while you are stretching your penis in a flaccid state or erect state.

Does the SiliSleev work for uncircumcised penises?
It is suitable for both uncut and cut guys. Uncut penis, pull the foreskin back and apply.

What is the SiliSleev made of?
A hypoallergenic silicone formula

Is the SiliSleev sticky?
No.

Is the SiliSleev durable?
Yes, it is very durable and should last a long time if you properly take care of it. They do not tear easily.

How does the SiliSleev compare to the Phallosan condom/sleeve?
The SiliSleev is much more durable and elastic and will last much longer.

How much does the SiliSleev stretch?
They stretch up to five times its original size.

Can I mix and match SIliSleev sizes?
Yes. SiliSleevs can be purchased individually or in sets.

Yes. They ship in a plain white bubble wrap envelope with the return address saying PPC Corp.

I have the longer ones in both girths. The bigger girth is a tad too big and will slip over the glans occasionally. The smaller will cause some head swell. Hoping it will stretch a tad. What I really need is a 0.875 girth and 5.2 length but I'm making these work. Thay are doing a good job keeping me stretched throughout the day.
 
The thicker long sleeve is great for me most of the time, but when i do turtle up a little girthwise, i stick a little wad of toilet paper in by my glans like a shim. I've tried on all sides and the dorsal side seems to work best, but ventral side works too. Its more about making the tp wad the right size and shape.

These sleeves and cap are really great though. I tried the smaller one on too and it was stiffer and it could elongate me more, because of the added grip, but i lost sensation in my head before 45 minutes was up. So i decided to play with it. I cut off the thick side that goes by the head, and used it as a cockring in my bathmate. Win. Also stretches nicely to be a full package cockring.

Using SiliRings below the head are good to prevent that. You will just want to adjust for circulation if you start to feel coldness in the head. Allot of people use SiliRings for glans enlargement as well.
