Let me just add my little tip thus far from using these during the day, or sleeping in them to keep the extended flaccid state 
I found it difficult wearing the sleeves, with the thick rim piece underneath the glans. It felt uncomfortable, and although I made several hours with it, wearing it all night while sleeping was a no.
So, I decided to change the direction of where that thick end goes and wore it with this thicker part at the BASE, not underneath the glans.
All I can say is ... MAGIC (like) I was wearing it for over 7 hours today, and only took it off when I had family visit, because in the pants I had on, it created a large bulge ... so anyway, it worked perfect in the day, and last night when I used it like this, I got a whole night in! LOL over 10 hours. Took it off this morning to have a pee, and a quick break.
This seems to work for me; no slippage at all ... would be better if I shaved some of the hair on my shaft, as it can pull a little, but I can bear it with more attention to detail.
With more powder to the inside, it would be nailed down .. I'll have to get a bag of that powder Lightning goes on about for grip.
So if you are having problems with these slipping, or too tight, have a try simply turning them around, with the thicker end at the base.
When you take a piss, roll it down to the very base ... I have managed not to dribble, but it does take longer making sure your not holding back, you need tissue. I always wipe my bell end after a piss anyway, but with the sleeve on, it takes longer, so I would suggest simply taking it off, and slapping it back on when you done with the slash.
Another tip when you wash these, and dry them, I assume most will fold them inside out to make sure they air and dry well ... you know the inside part is what touches your penis ... make sure you fold it back, otherwise you end up with the sleeve being more SLACK .. still works, but it will be more loose ... so if you roll it inside out to wash it, or have done so already, like me make sure you roll it back again when your ready for action.

You want to wear it as long as you can keep the pump you have. The idea is to keep yourself in expanded state as long as possible so you heal quicker in that state. So how long you wear the ring for would be determined by how your body reacts. Some people can go for 20 minutes and they need a break other people can go for two to three hours hours before they need a break. Be very cautious in the beginning to see how your body is going to react. And every time you take the ring off, like lightning said, jelq your penis to where it’s expanded again and put back on the ring for another session.

Go slow, like 20 mins to begin with for a week. Work up gently. I dont own a siliring, so cant comment how they feel by the tightness, but if it is tight, you need to cut the time down on how long you wear one.
You would not wear a tight one for many hours ... I used to do clamping years ago with a cable clamp, and something called ADC or all day clamping at a very slack setting .. works same way as keeping a cock ring at the base.
Just remember to take your time, ease into it or you'll injure.

I have found the 27mm sleeve is best for me, its the right size to sleep in. I can use this all night without a problem at all. But the 20mm sleeve I could only tolerate for around 1 hour, it just felt tight afterwards.
The trick to getting a successful sleeve on, is ensuring you roll the thing up beforehand like a condom is when taken out of its packet.
Have some powder inside, using the MoS powder or whatever you fancy to have ... ensure if you have washed the sleeve before, that it has dried out fully before you apply powder.
I then stretch the sleeve outwards, with one hand I ensure a thumb and finger are inside to stretch it out ... then get it over the penis towards the base area.
Some will apply the sleeve as advised, which is the thick rim end at the head end of the penis, but I dont like the feel of that, doesn't work the same for me. I have the thick rim piece at the base, so the thin end is underneath the head of my penis.
Once you let go here, in the base area, you just roll it out over the penis.
I have some loose skin at the base, not allot, but I adjust the sleeve closest to this part by simply pulling it down some.
Then go up and down the sleeve giving it a gentle squash, and squeeze, to ensure its applied properly, and if any skin is pinched, folded I will feel it now at this part.
Ensure any loose skin from the scrotum [balls] is pulled down at this stage.
I just gently pull any skin between the testes, and pay attention to the area at the sleeve nearest the base.
Simple as that, and it really does work!
During the night, last night I woke up as I turned over, and noticed I had a nocturnal boner.
I had a look, and to me it appeared a little longer then it usually does I kid you not.
Again in the night, when I awoke to turn, the penis was now flaccid, but it was a large flaccid, and kept in this larger state for the duration when I woke up in the morning.
It seems to act in a way, a much safer night time cock ring in that once your erection goes down, your flaccid size in the sleeve has increased, and keeps longer. With me, that is what I found with no ill effects.
Upon removing the sleeve, I had no pain, no marks, nothing odd at all.
So I give it a good helishake, and the hang looked incredible!
Doing this just every night is bound to help flaccid hang in itself, as the body undergoes healing, and growth at night, so when you train and use this, it will be brilliant.

The biggest thing to happen to the lengthmaster is the silisleeves people are using them without any wrap and being able to stretch with no pinching and pain at all. Buy a pack right now so you get them quickly and watch how awesome your Lengthmaster sessions will go
Long and I would get two to double up if necessary, some men are ultra sensitive. The sleeves have been a blessing to every facet of PE. I've washed mine with basic dish washing gel, mild stuff, pat dry, no baby powder. (Well, tried few body dusting powders but their beneficial effect wasn't very high.)
When applied to a clean and dry cock mine stay on quite well. Variating with the "flange" either behind glans or at the base can help.

This past weekend i had a silisleev revelation.
I originally bought the variety pack with 2 long sleeves (one slim, one wide) and a cap. When I discovered that the narrow sleeve was painfully tight and gave me numbness and discomfort after 30 minutes and completely numb glans by 45 min, I decided to slice it up into cock rings. That’s what you want! You want it hanging free and loose so it can hang lower with lots of blood. I’ve been messing with the sleeves for sometime now and I’m blown away I can’t get in the rip in the most extreme scenarios. I think that many modifications and inventions will come on the heels of us releasing our SiliSleeves
Does the silisleeve have a warranty on it? Ive only had it for a couple of days and its already deformed at the base and rolls up :/ I didnt do anything to cause it over time it just did it

Whatever you choose. It sounds like you left it rolled up. That's the only thing that would cause it to deform that fast.

On the right is what i was talking about. When i wear it rolls up further past that point, probably twice as far. Thats the thing though i didnt leave it rolled up it just did it randomly when i was wearing it then gradually got worse :/.

It looks like you attached it to something besides your penis. Are you using it with a device?
I was doing hand stretches with it for a better grip but that was on the side with the lip where the head of your penis goes so that shouldnt have caused it i think

Yeah, I hope so. The base band is a no-brainer. I easily get an extra inch of extension that way. The head band is just for a little extra friction, but helps keep the sleeve in place. Sometimes I don't need it. But I think everyone's dick is different and may find things that work for them don't necessarily match everyone else, so we all should experiment.
These sleeves are pretty incredible though, in a lot of ways. Anyone else tried doing fowfers in a sleeve?
Lazy Ass Stretches (fowfers) would benefit from the SiliSleave in comfort allowing for more penis to be stretched back. They will also give some direct cushion from the sleeve.
