I just had a 5x5x3 session with my Bathmate and found that you can quite well do the condom pumping with these sleeves! I actually managed to adjust the sleeve in a way that is was almost like a condom.
Very delightful pumping session, the sleeves made gaining more uniform but one doesn't have to replace them after one session! :D

I am very glad to have these in my arsenal. As mentioned by others, the cap is something to provide in larger format. It surely can be utilized in most manners, but for some it might not be big enough.
Really psyched to hear about the longer sleeve idea as well!

I'm happy others seem to be enjoying these sleeves as well ... So far 2019 is looking promising, in many terms! :)
 
I used one and the cap, that left my base uncovered, but I didn't see it as an issue. I could try to use all three at once though. :)
Usually for me possible fluid retention happens just behind my glans, so covering upper portion of my penis and my glans worked very well during my session.
 
I only used the sleeve in the phallosan yesterday and that was great but am using the cap as well atm. The sleeve ends behind my glans and the caps open end is over the top of the sleeve, I put a small drop of lube on the inside of the cap to help get a good fit and it also helps if any air pockets are trapped inside, you can work them out with your thumb. Feels comfy so far.

Edit: I did use the sleeve with the LM yesterday but also UJW to protect the sleeve. The sleeve itself seemed slightly short to fully cover the chamber but I could be wrong, I was just roughly eyeballing it.

Well it seems like we’re going to really need some longer sleeves and I think that is exactly what will happen. These sleeves have been a huge hit with anyone who does any type of wrapping. The Lengthmaster seems to be most beneficial with these sleeves as it makes stretching completely comfortable with no pinching. Perfect for hanging, and the chamber work out, extenders etc. anyone who’s doing any type of exercise like this please give the sleeves a chance as they will allow for so much more intensity with greater comfort.

I'm not sure as these sleeves were not intended to replace phallosan sleeves.

People use silisleevs for many purposes including pumping, anti-turtling to increase flaccid length, reducing sensitivity with equipment, wrapping for extenders, hangers, lengthmaster, etc

They stretch from .75" (20mm) up to 5" (500mm).

Phallosan has their own proprietary condoms which are a thinner material.

There was a glitch in the new shipping system with international orders on the customs form. So a couple orders had a description on the customs declaration. We fixed it a couple weeks ago.

Packages that arrive internationally now say
"Exercise Equipment"

Penis pump sleeves have been on the market for many years to reduce fluid retention and bruising with vacuum pumping, it's just that nobody's ever perfected it until now. There are many pumps on the market with built in sleeves that wear out fast and many companies came up with an aftermarket solution to replace the built in penis pump sleeves that fatigue and tear quickly.

The beauty of the silisleev besides preventing fluid reduction and bruising while pumping, they serve other purposes like anti-turtling after stretching to help cement gains in flaccid state by comfortably wearing for many hours. Also they are durable enough to be used for hanging, intense stretching with the LengthMaster, extenders, etc.

vitallusPlus penis pumps came out with penis pump sleeves in 2011 but they don't last long and maintenance is high to keep replacing them every couple months because they are latex.

Here is the solution for comfortably protecting the entire penis and glans while using exercise equipment.
Instead of a one piece long cap, combine the silicap and silileev 145 and you now have the best of both worlds.

The molded expanded top of the silisleev locks over the silicap which creates a nice gripping ridge for penis extenders to grip on to.

When not using the silisleev for exercise, use it as an all day stretcher without the silicap as an anti-turling device. The open end will allow you to piss without removing the silisleev.

I want to wear an anti-turtling/ADS device or sleeve that is easy to remove for urinating and doesn't cut off circulation and make my head cold. Can the Silisleeves be made in larger diameters?
 
I'm thinking about this for healing while soft, does the size of the silisleeve matter? Like should I use a metric to English calculator to get myself the right size one? And could I just wear it all day and take it off at night or vice versa?

Yes to all ? heal elongated, cut to size in inches, wear it day and night.
