I was trying the double sleeve technique before the duros came out.
I tried it yesterday with the duros.
Short sleeve and Silicap first then the long duro over it. Grip is really good.
maybe it might help with fluid at the tip.
Also make sure the piston is at least half way in when applying the Silistretcher.

I'm new too with the SS. I'm going on 5 days or about. Last two days been wearing it about 5-8 hours.
I'm not quite a master at the SS yet. But what helped me the most with fluid in the head is to pull in the platform much as you can, then give it like two twists to retract it.
But what helped me the most, by a lot, was to go 80-100 erect put on the cap then go into the SS. For me, that helped a lot. Going in erect. It helps to push the glans harder into the silicap and makes it just easier to roll the silileeve over shaft

Hey guys, hope this isnt a silly question (Silly question for the SiliSleeve segment..get it? a little nerd humor there), so if the sleeve is very tight, like it grips the shaft really tight, does the tightness reduce the penis stretching motion in anyway? for example, say you are hanging and you put on the SiliSleeve and its really tight on the shaft, does this put the penis in a constricted or compact state that prevents stretching?
 
Many people were asking for a longer SIliCap, here you go.

For those wondering what a SiliCap2 is used for, these are a must have for wet or dry penis pumping to eliminate fluid retention in the glans and shaft. Also great for vacuum stretchers to eliminate blistering and fluid retention.

The new SiliCap2 is 8.25" (21cm) long x 7/8" (2.2cm) wide and features a stronger, stretchable formula and is semi transparent in color.

A great thing about this long "two in one" SiliCap2 is that you can simply cut to size and use the extra piece as an all-day/all-night anti-turtling sleeve.

The SIliCap2 is pre-vented to release trapped air inside the cap when applying and using. This is a phenomenon which occasionally occurs with penis caps. Air trapped inside the cap defeats the purpose and creates a possibility of blistering with excess vacuum hanging and stretching.

@Lightning I noticed only long 210mm silisleeves2 are for sale. Will there be shorter versions? Like 101mms or 145mms, like the durosleeve? I know we can cut them, but I really really dont want to do that on acount of doing it wrong and making a bad cut. And are the silisleeves2 just as soft or pliable as the original blue silisleeves?

At the moment we are only offering this size however they are very easy to cut with scissors or a razor blade. You can cut them a little longer and cut them down if needed so you get two sleeves out of one. You can't really mess up unless you cut too short but we can cut to size if you add a note in the checkout cart, there is no science to cutting these new sleeves.

They are just as pliable as the original blue SiliSleevs but now a stronger formula and a one piece injection mold.

The SiliCap2 is stronger, longer and custom sizable by the end user. The blue SiliCaps were hit or miss with batches. So we created a new mold and formula to excel the predecessor. Still very stretchable but more durable now.
 
We still have them, we just removed them from the shop. We can probably add them back in.

Have you tried the new SiliCap2?
 
I still have two of the 1.0’s (one I am using and one back up)

I was asked on another website where to get them (again, I do brag about them being crap loads better then the Phallosan caps)... not sure how a google search wouldn’t lead them here.

... I could probably use a couple more tho, silly to just let them sit on a self.

Announcement - SiliSleev5

Next week we have a new SiliSleev5 coming in 3/4" and 1" diameters. Lengths will be 4" and 6" and color is semi-transparent.
The hardness of the SiliSleeve5 is in between the DuroSleev and the SiliSleev2. For those looking for a sleeve that is easy to manage and harder than the SiliSleev2 but softer than the DuroSleev the SiliSleev5 will be a great solution.

Our new SiliSleev line up will be Soft, Medium and Hard.
SiliSleev2 diameters: 7/8" & 1-1/8" (Soft)
SiliSleev5 diameters: 3/4" & 1" (Medium)
DuroSleev diameters: 3/4" & 1" (Hard)

Is anyone else having issues with the sleeves cracking along the folds? I’ve ordered 2 sets of sleeves. The 1st was the silisleeve2, I managed to mangle them up pretty quickly. The 2nd set I received yesterday were silisleeve5s. I pumped 1 time last night with the larger diameter one and it cracked on both sides where the folds are. Am I doing something to cause this?

I noticed the same thing on my Silicap, but your looks a little worse. Not sure why there is a fold on the new Silicap. I’m sure MOS will hook you up.
