To my best recollection it does come in few different sizes, I'd check the Tantus website to be certain. The material is nice, although I haven't worn mine for a longer time, I also recall it might be a bit too big for just my cock, I should try it one day soon. First I need to find it though.

Yes these sleeves can be used for a pumping session. I used to use a condom years ago as a poor alternative to these sleeves. The sleeve acts as a suit, protecting the skin from excessive vacuum, and the penis doesn't rub against the inside of the tube, which can be sore with higher pressure, depending on how you use a pump.
If you use in a dry pump aka air pumping, I suggest rubbing the sleeve while on the penis with something like baby oil, so once inside the cylinder, as you expand, once the sleeve touches the cylinder, it can easily move inside as need be.
Yes, I have also read somewhere else that wearing a sleeve can hamper girth gains with a pump, of indeed overall in penis enlargement. This way of thinking, although I can see where it came from, with the sleeve compressing the penis, doesn't hold water ... this is because the penis expands, and the sleeve is made from silicone, it is not solid, so your size gets to expand, and become larger.
Curious, how often do you do pump sessions with the sleeves? What's your EQ like?
I go about 4 days a week then 2 days of just jelqing in between and 1 day off. My EQ was pretty consistent during this period. However I noticed since I started using the sleeves, the pump sessions are much better and I'm able to work up to max intensity by the end...but I think it's really taking a beating because EQ does go down a bit after

I've been doing about 3 hydropump sessions a week, Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday. EQ has been relatively fine, I have some adjusting to do with my health. (A lot adjusting! ) Usually always with a sleeve, some sessions I might go without, but often regret.
Don't worry too much if your EQ takes a beating, it's one way of your body saying "OK, that was a good workout, let me rest now and make that exercising count for something", at least from my point of view.

Yeah, I've done hanging and then wearing the Silistretcher. I don't rest so much with the sleeves on. I need to be nude when I sleep. Just taking a break for few days now due to small cut in my frenulum.

I have been experiencing skin irritation. I scaled back my sessions to 1 length and 1 girth routine daily 6X weekly. I recently received silisleeves and rings. I have been wearing the sleeves essentially 24 hours (except for when exercising) I will wear them during exercise when my additional sleeves arrive so I do not have to worry about stretching them out.
When should I apply hydrocirtozone to promote healing? After workouts and apply sleeve over top? Do sleeves delay healing due to restricting exposure to air? (This was my prosthetists take on my skin health when I would experience skin breakdown inside a prosthesis). I was told the skin heals when exposed to air.

If you put the SiliSleevs on after Hydrocortisone, they will slip off. You want your penis clean, dry, (powdered with MOSGrip if possible) and free of hair and oil.
I will definitely try out the medium Silisleeve when it becomes available. I tend to use the larger sleeve, but I was always thinking if there was a Silisleeve that was just a bit tighter. I also use the smaller one and it works good, but a bit tight. When I wear the smaller one then I am thinking if this one were just a bit bigger.
So when the medium size sleeve comes out I’m probably going to be, this one feels just right.

To extend the life of your SiliSleevs, remove from SiliStretcher or other devices when not in use.
If you leave them rolled up or in a stretched state for a long time, they will eventually stretch out or split.

@Lightning when will the Duromax sleeves be available? Will they be better suited for using inside a BM? I've had to 27mm longs tear on me while using the BM (one right out of the box)

Thank you. I noticed this slippage especially today. It’s easier to donn with a bit extra slippage, but today it is also slipping off. What time would I use the hydrocortisone then? A few min before showering? How long does it take to absorb? I’m currently awaiting for my replacement part for my size genetics (at which point I will not rely on the sleeves as heavily). I am currently wearing one 20 hours daily.
Yeah, on two different ones. Wasn't even going all out or anything.

@Lightning - my suggestion is clear so we can see through it - might be helpful to see if we are getting any fluid build up or an abnormalities...

A clear see through one would be ideal, so the user can see whats going on under the hood
I'm no glow in dark for me I work in dark area and have to make sure SiliScale is off or someone will see lol
I'm on the clear side clear please so I can see my glan in the SiliStretcher to see if any slippage
Otherwise, they May also see: YEEikes ! (fail)
You can put a piece of black electrical tape over the screen if you think someone will see it lit up at your job through your pants. This way you can still use it.

I have ordered the small silli sleeves twice. This appears to be the appropriate size as I start out on this journey. I like the fit and want to always be healing in extended state, especially as I order the SRT package.
However, I can only make the small size sleeve last 2-3 days without ripping. I feel I am too rough when donning it (one handed and with my myo electric hook). I try to limit the number of times I do this as much as possible. I am about to order the SRT package but am worried about burning through sleeves with the SiliStretcher.
Is the Douro a more durable version of the sleeves as the name implies? I looked briefly on the MOS shop but could not find the Douro version I had thought I had seen mentioned in the forums.

I have used both 0.75" diameter and 1" sleeves. It really depends about your flaccid girth. The 0.75" can grip a little bit tighter for some men.
It is trial and error at times. And as flaccid girth can fluctuate, somedays the 0.75" diameter is more viable option, on other days you'd want the 1". I usually use the standard length ones.
