Are hands cramping while doing a stretch routine a good sign of intensity applied? I know it could also mean weak hands muscles but for argument sakes let's assume that's not the issue. Also are sore ligs a good sign? After a stretch routine mine are pretty sore and even though I keep them stretched for most of the day if I have to strain for any reason they feel sore like a muscle would after a good workout. They'll stay sore till my next stretch routine where I can stretch out the soreness. Just wondering some other signs. While I got your attention for a moment another questions. Are there any "ah hah!" moments? You know, where you're working hard on with a routine for however long not really seeing any signs of growth than "ah hah" like a dam breaks and you start seeing all kinds of growth. I know everybody's different but still, are there those moments?
 
Good soreness is a good sign of gains being made. It is much like soreness in the gym after a good workout. When the ligaments are stretched with intensity it causes soreness in many men and this usually leads to length gains. Sore hands do not mean gains but it could who that you are putting in the right effort. Other signs include a more vascular look to the penis, more prominent veins, hair creeping up the shaft, an alien feeling when touching the penis (because it is bigger it feels strange), harder erections, thicker base girth due to internal penis becoming exposed, and other signs. The best judge will always be the ruler but the sign above do show good progress.

Yea that's what it feels like, "a good gym work out" and yes my base is wider than the rest of my shaft. I can actually see on my shaft a very visible line where the skin use to be at the base is now about a 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch up my shaft. So it sounds like I'm headed in the right direction.

Same here, I have a vein that used to be up in my body, now it's almost an inch down the shaft.

There will be AH-HA moments for sure, like DLD said when you grab your dick and it feels way different or when you start seeing those changes in your veins, etc.
