Are hands cramping while doing a stretch routine a good sign of intensity applied? I know it could also mean weak hands muscles but for argument sakes let's assume that's not the issue. Also are sore ligs a good sign? After a stretch routine mine are pretty sore and even though I keep them stretched for most of the day if I have to strain for any reason they feel sore like a muscle would after a good workout. They'll stay sore till my next stretch routine where I can stretch out the soreness. Just wondering some other signs. While I got your attention for a moment another questions. Are there any "ah hah!" moments? You know, where you're working hard on with a routine for however long not really seeing any signs of growth than "ah hah" like a dam breaks and you start seeing all kinds of growth. I know everybody's different but still, are there those moments?
