Not pain in my penis but pain from where the foreskin is being stretched. This makes it hard for me to stretch at 100% all the time.

At present I just grip everything (penis and skin included) just under the glans and then stretch. Seems to give me a good stretch but also hurts the skin. Is this the right way to do the stretching or should I pull all the skin down and then grip so I am only gripping the penis and no skin? I cant imagine this being very comfotable or good for your glans though?
 
It isnt comfertable either I would say.

You shall NOT pull the skin. You shall pull bellow exactly bellow the head.

What I do when Im in my beddoing Penis Enlargement is using my underwear to pull bellow the penishead. I wrap it around my penis and I pull. And that's comfertable. I get a little dark when Im done with the Penis Enlargement on some spots but it's gone directly when I'll warmdown in an hot shower again.

Why underwears? BECAUSE they are made to be soft for the penis, works very well. You get a good grip with soft boxershorts.
 
I have found in my experience of all these years that pulling the penis without retracting the foreskin will in time increase the chance of developing the turkey neck condition as your pulling the whole line of skin from the base of the penis aswell so I always pull my foreskin back now, right back and as I hold it back at full stretch I will than grip underneath my glans and do my stretch.

At first its uncomfortable but you get used it and dont need wrapping or anything else, isnt painful unless you go too hard and place pressure on the frenulum.
 
I have just started Penis Enlargement in the past few weeks. I discovered the same thing as "longerandlonger". I tried using my bare hand, a dry towel, a wet towel but they all seemed to be painful. I did try using something softer like boxers. That helped a little. Is this skin pinching feeling gonna go away or am I doing it wrong? I grab just below the head when i stretch. I feel the lig stretch but the pain of the skin being pinched is hard to get past. Any advice?
 
It does take some time to find a good grip with no pinching. Practice and variation will bring the best grip for you.
 
Well, here's a bit I wrote in another thread, might help:

One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.

To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.

I just tried the baby powder idea and all I can say is WOW... That made a HUGE difference. I felt like I could pull my crank off without any pinching at all. If you're not using baby powder then you're not getting a good stretch. As soon as I started pulling on it I heard and felt a little pop. No damage done but that's just how easily I could pull on it with no limitations. Thanks for the advice guys. I can't wait to Penis Enlargement again tomorrow! I should say good gains now that the pain is gone.

i have used baby powder or gold bold talcum powder, they are pretty similar.
The comcept of doing stretches progressively from the base is interesting, i might try that.
My typical grip will have the webbing between my thumb and pointer finger just below the head along the coronal ridge, either on the left or right side depending on which hand is tired. When they both get tired, or i do two hand stretches. But i have a question, sometimes i graps by the head. Is that bad?

I've read the grabbing the head could lead to damaging the glans. That's not good. So I've just been doing this for a little while but I find grabbing below the glans works perfect. Especially with baby powder. OMG such a great stretch! That's just my 2 cents.
