Not pain in my penis but pain from where the foreskin is being stretched. This makes it hard for me to stretch at 100% all the time.
At present I just grip everything (penis and skin included) just under the glans and then stretch. Seems to give me a good stretch but also hurts the skin. Is this the right way to do the stretching or should I pull all the skin down and then grip so I am only gripping the penis and no skin? I cant imagine this being very comfotable or good for your glans though?
