Hey boys a new technique i call "Shell Shock".

This is an advanced technique for Pe'ers who have a penis at least 7-8 inches.

I have gained an inch in 2 months from this technique when Blasters were doing nothing for me after i had gained 2 inches from them.

Do the Dld blaster, but instead of wrapping the penis around the wrist, take your foot and place the toes on the hip, and wrap the penis around the lower shin just where it separates from the ankle.

Flexibility can be an issue but can easily be resolved with some yoga stretching.

Is the ankle too big? Yes and thats the point, our wrists were too big once, but our penises grew and they will grow again to wrap themselves around our shin just above the ankle.

I have a question - when you were doing the DLD Blasters did you stretch before that, or you begin the workout with them ? And what was your routine with the blasters (pauses, duration, repetitions) ?

So basicly the principle is the same as that of the DLD Blasters but using the shinbone instead of the wrist ? I might be able to do these after a couple of months, since I already feel my wrist getting insufficient.
 
Kung Fu CoCk!--Yourself, you must be about 18-inches long from doing this exercise. If your toes are on the hip I think you would need at least a length of 12-14 inches minimum to even consider making it over the top of the skin.

SHELL SHOCK is fatigue from battle and that's exactly what you're doing, continuously combat-ting to perform this P.E. exercise until you get fatigued, frustrated and stressed out. IMO, it's much more sensible to do the DLD's Foot-long Stretch exercise instead.

I was going to mention the Footlong Stretches too. These are much easier to get into this position. I can't do the ankle thing, believe me I tried:)
 
It all about flexibility, just like in martial arts, if you dont have the flexibility, you cant do the basic kicks etc, but when you can, then you also see progress and power in your strikes.

I did the dld blasters as my first ountine cos i figures the most you will gain will be the first 6 months so why not try it then?

This is an advanced excercise to give you 9-10 inch penis, and since you have time to progress from blasters and then bundles blasters, you have time to gin flexibility through training, why not do a little stretching every other day?
 
the heel of the foot and touch the hip bone on the front, its pretty easy really. or take a cylindrical object the same circumfrence as the shin, and wrap you penis around it, like in the basic dld blaster with the fake arm.
