i started out at 6'' in length and 4.5 inches in girth about 5 months ago.
i am now 6.5 '' in length and 4 and 3/4'' in girth. the funny thing is that i just added this 1/4 '' of girth in the past 2-3 weeks.
you see it all started when i got tierd of jelqing for an hour every day and not seeing any expansion at all.
so i decided to try out 100% erect jelqing .
i did it for about one week and got no expansion.
so even tho alot of people told me not to sqeeze hard when at 100% i did it any way .
and it was crazy after 1 jelq session i expanded to 5 inches .
now im 4and 3/4'' all the time and when i jelq i make it to 5 ''.
the thing is i cant seem to get any further expansion past 5''. dont get me wrong im extatic that i gained 1/4'' and that i can make it to 5 when i jelq but no matter how erect, or how hard i sqeeze i get no more than 5 on the dot...or line w/e .
i just want to now how i can pass this barrier??:(
 
I am a firm believer in erect training. I too saw incredible girth gains after training at 100%. The only place I work less than 100% is with Slow Squash Jelqs but everything else is with a blazing boner. My theory is very simple on girth work, if you are training at lets say 80% erect and you get 20% expansion then you are at 100% girth but if you train at 100% and make a twenty percent gain, then you got something.
 
ya dld im definetly a believer of your theory! and im going to continue to train at 100% erect .
just one question tho, what should i do to pass the 5'' expansion mark?
becaus for some reason thats as big as i can get no matter how erect or hard i sqeeze.

there was an exercise i used to do where you get fully erect and start edging, perform a uli and trap as much blood as possible - then when 110% hard, you grab the head with the other hand and squeeze all the blood into the shaft, i remember doing about 15 of these and seeing massive temp girth expansion! maybe one of the vets can post a link? or at least remember the name :P
 
Your lack of progress might be due to over doing things. You stated that you jelq every day, and that you are hitting it for an hour at a time. If that is the case, I think you are definitely overdoing it.

I think this may be more of an individual concept. Some people can train for hours a day and make no gains but do a minimal routine and gain while others need the extra time to make the same gains. This could be due to a thicker tunica needing much more pressure than someone with a more elastic tunica.
 
I absolutely agree with you DLD, but in Jelly's case he has been pounding his bad boy at a maximum level for five plus months with little to show for it. I was only suggesting he try backing off a little because as you said, "Some people can train for hours a day and make no gains but do a minimal routine and gain". Jelly might be one of those people.

Very true. The thing is most guys will need to explore their limits and see what classification they fall into. They may also go with my attitude and over train everything:)
