Good advice DLD & kawai123 the longer you wear it the quicker you'll gain! But you dnt want to just jump into extending so quick without knowing proper usesage add more hours on every other week! Or you can wear it for a hour take it off when the hour is done then put it back on when the next hours bought to come in like 11:55
