Routine everyday

Does everyone here do their routine everyday, because I find that nearly impossible because there are certain days in the week that I just cannot! I do not miss more than 3 days in a week, it is usually 2, but will I still see gains even the I am not consistant in my routine?

word the FUK UProfl yea man i wake up at 9 in the morning , hang 10 pounds for 1 hour then do 2 sets of 10 minute clamping

then i hang again for 1 hour at night , then jelq for 30 minutes , yea its alot, but im not going to live forever , so i need to get to 8 inches before i die:)
 
the thing of it is, be consistent. man I know how you feel, I can say i got no time for it too but still manage my shit everyday. 2 am, 2 pm whatever.
