back from vacation in the german black forest! couldn't keep up with my jelqing routine, but did some stretching and a lot of kegels. eq was good, but sadly without jelqing the "fleshiness" of my unit decreased from day to day. glad to be back in my hood to spank my monkey and continue the journey!

sadly not, the weather was shit for like 10 days straight. this is an archive photo of the castle in the little village i've been.
i'll be back there in a few months and will take some pictures for the brotherhood ?

on that picture it looks bigger than it actually is, so i have to go for two more inches ? right now i'm forced to pause because i somehow irritated some nerves in my inguinal canal during a jelqing session. i feel some burning along the spermatic cord and my hangers feel a bit uncomfortable. happened to me a few times in the past already. anyone in the brotherhood ever experienced something like this after a pe session? what caused it? what did you do?

It’s happened before and it hasn’t caused any real issues I wouldn’t really worry about it. If you put two more inches on that cock it’s gonna be longer than a fucking python!

usually because your scrotum will shrink raising your testicles which intern pulls back your penis and you end up with a turtle. The only way to change this is my doing the testicle health massage and stretch and this is in the newbie routine. Within two weeks you will come back to me thanking me that’s how confident I am in this routine. Once you get your scrotum hanging low the penis will be free to hang low also

It is pretty amazing switching that hand grip it gives a completely different jelq. It’s very powerful and you can go so much deeper into your fat pad to get as much internal penis as possible.

still spanking the monkey. since all old pictures got deleted, a few recent updates. i cured my foreskin/frenulum problem discussed on the last page by just stretching the hell out of the tissue. meanwhile i gained girth big time and it's even more impossible to pull my foreskin back in erect state, but it doesn't bother me anymore. established some kind of manuel ferrara dick where the foreskin covers the glans all the time. my routine changed a little bit. i'm only doing bundled stretches these days and implemented a reverse kegel routine. i always had the problem of a tight pelvic floor and reverse kegels were a lifechanger for me. i'm the most straight person on this planet, but i also experimented with anal plugs to loosen up the tension i had. what helped aswell were squats and doing the horse stance on a regular basis. also wearing my cock ring almost 24/7 made a big difference. when hard it's like a light clamp and i did a lot of compression squeezes with the ring on. first pic my broken dick due to inguinal hernia and petrified pelvic floor in 2010. last pic my not so broken dick with fixed hernia and smooth pelvic floor in 2023. moral of the whole story: pe works and life can get better the older you get.
