I am somewhat irritated by my lack of lasting gains, and I am also worried I may have reduced my ability to get and maintain an erection. I need some words from all you long-time pe 'ers out there on this...
Essentially I ped for about six or eight months with a starting length of about 6 inches, girth probably 4.5 inches. I pe'd about 3 times a week, jelqing and stretching mostly, with a daily routine of pc muscle work (essentially using doubled's starting plan), and towards the end of the pc work I did supra slammers too. I am currently at 7 inches if I stretch out my almost rod, or flex my pc really hard. My girth is about 4.5 still, maybe 4.75 if Im lucky. Very disappointing. And there is something else.
I stopped pe'ing about 2 months ago, right after this girl I am in love with and I attempted having sex. I couldnt get a hardon to save my life, and I think at the time it was performance anxiety. I had to beat my meat for like 20 minutes on my own to get a rod hard enough to get in her, and then kerblammo, I orgasmed after like 7 thrusts. Not an awe inspiring first time to be sure... I got a perscription for Viagra from my doctor as insurance the next time. I took it the next time, but the timing was off and I lost my erection again, I've had sex without viagra since then with a different woman, and my rod was not that great in terms of firmness or length, and I really had to work myself up to that. With Viagra I feel like I think I am supposed to. With the woman I am in love with, I should be sporting wood everytime she rubs against me, but I get barely a tingle unless I take that stupid blue pill.
I noticed when I was pe'ing regularly that I would hang bigger most of the time, but to get a rod to jerk off even I would have to go through the whole pe process, and/or look at adult entertainment to get properly sized. And if I am not constantly stimulating myself, without viagra, I droop down pretty quick.
Since I stopped pe'ing, I also stopped jerking it every day too. And I have tried concentrating on reawakening my dick, sensitivity wize. I have had some successes. I am only 33, so I am doubting its age that is contributing to my sleepy dick.
So I guess I have two issues to throw out there for responses.
A. I am worried that I orientated my dick to extreme stimulation as the only way to get hard. I want to get back to the days before pe'ing where I could get hard with a gust of wind.
B. I would like to continue to pe with the goal of being 8 inches with a greater girth, perhaps close to six inches. However, I dont want to fuck up my dick worse, and I am wondering if I really would make progress at this point.
So any takers??
As a side note, since starting pe'ing I have taken various herbal supplements to help, among them yohimbe, horny goat weed, various gingsengs and tribulus, and various blends there of. I didnt really notice better erections with any of it, although a prodigious load amount for sure. I used vaseline mostly for pe lube, occassionally mineral oil. Could any of this stuff be contributing to the problem?
