Last night I measured after a good stretch and jelk and I'm right on 9" BPenis EnlargementL measuring on the top and 9-3/8" on the side. I recently took a girth measurement and it's kind of weird, My girth at the circ scar is a little over 6.5", mid shaft is 6.38", and base is 6.75" so I don't know what the hell that's all about but if anyone else has had this and fixed it please help me out. I strated out a 7 5/8" BPenis EnlargementL and now 9" BPenis EnlargementL I gained 1 3/8" in less then 4 months. If anyone wants my routine just ask, I don't really have a set routine but I'll try to think of what I use and do the most.
 
Congrats on your gains. You've reached my first goal - I'm only like about 1/4" behind you. Did you mostly hang or was it a combination of stretching and jelqing? Were your routines pretty regular? But once again - good work!

9" is about 1" bigger than 99% of the largest male population. INCREDIBLE!
 
Thanks for the comments, I do about 1 1/2-2 hours of manual stretchs every night including 30 mins of hard jelking.I might consider posting pics when I reach 10". Now I need to think of a new screen name any ideas? :)
 
Hello I am new to this group and I have been into enlargement for years off and on but I feel this group and its methods really do work. I use the power assiest and a stretch device from Wenck medical like the same as in this site but then use a vacume pump. I want to use hanging device and also use something to stop retraction during the work day. I would be very intrested in you work out routines if you would like to share them with me

Sorry I completely forgot about this thread, For all who want it my routine is.

10mins of straight out DLD bundle stretch hold glans and pulling back the base
Hold right rotated twist 1min then release shake, rotate left hold 1min etc.
10mins of lay down DLD bundle stretch same as above but hold at high LOT position and pulling up a three different angles (toward navel, over right hip over left hip)
5mins of (STILLWANTMORE) tunica stretch
10mins DLD bundle blasters at three positions, down out-straight, down out-right, down out-left.
20mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] stretch concicting of Fulcrum, Bow stretch, expressive stretch and what ever else I want to do.10mins of basic A-stretch with a few kegels
5mins of basic V-stretch
10mins of Basic DLD blasters

Jelq for about 200-300 count for blood flow.

Recently I have added about 1-1.5 hours in the Chance Custom [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after all the exercise.
 
Straight, have you got any idea how hard you pull when you stretch? If you have a fish scale you might be able to judge it.

It is just i have recently read about a few people making good length gains with moderate manual stretching, holding each stretch for between 1 and 3 minutes.
When I pull really hard I can only hold the stretch for between 10 and 30 seconds.
In order for me to hold a longer stretch I need to lower the intensity.

Amazing gains you have had!
