Thank you all for your contributions to this thread. After a couple of weeks off and a lot of soul searching I have decided to give PE another go. This time I believe I know what I need to do and I will approach it with a lot more patience.

I am not going to restart just yet, but will do so in the coming days or weeks. I will also make a new progress thread to keep track of how things go. Thanks again for your support everyone.

Pe isn't easy. If you notice i always tell new guys that this requires constant hard work.

But that just makes it more glorious!

People want to climb mounteverest because it is the biggest mountain. Not because it is easy :)

PE is a lifestyle, 15-20 minutes a day of basic exercise is not too much to ask for a key component of overall health. I take the approach of training my whole body daily, take care of it, it will take care of you. You may not have 10" but if you have 7+ and then concentrate on skill in between the covers combined with the rest of your fitness, you may surprise yourself with a new state of mental calmness when it all falls in line.

fucking true having a 7x5 can be a satisfiying thing after all. obviously we want to get bigger we need a healthy body and a healthy mind too..

When you consider that is 1.75" x .25" bigger than average it is pretty freaking big.

If you did I would search you out and drag you back into the forum and lock you away in the bad boys room!

First of all I would like to say that I am not someone who does PE for money and I really know that how it
Feels when you lose one whole hard-earned inch. Some thing similar happened to me as well but in my case I gained 1.75 inches and then I stopped for 3 months and lost 0.5 inch. That time I was so depressed and wanted to quit. But fortunately at that time DLD came with his [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory and I realized that why I lost some of the gains. I followed the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] principles but I had my own routine and in 3 months I not only regained the half inch, but also gained additional 0.25 inch. Then I stopped for 2 months and after that I measured and I didn't lose anything. My Eq was high as well during this break and it felt like my own dick is cementing what he got without any effort from my side. That's why I really believe that when you are doing PE you always have to care about healing in an extended/expanded position and when you are at your rest phase, you should leave your dick alone. Never say that ' I quit ', just train in the correct way and give yourself a second chance)

Great advice man

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single-step and continues with another step and another there after until you reach your goal.
Focus on the process (each-step) not the goal (end-target), the goal is your motivation, you will eventually get there.

Hey DLD, can I gain 2 + inches over a period of years with just manual work? If so, what manual routine should I do?

I did and so have a few others. I would follow the same routines I followed starting with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] and from there go through each of the 5 Phases. I could write up a custom routine if you let me know how much time you have to dedicate to the routine and what your growth desires are. This may be a better way as some of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] may not be as effective as other, newer exercises. Let me know these things and I will help you with a custom manual routine.

Man it must be hard losing an inch but according what one of the other brothers said it can be gained back. But it leads me to a question that maybe some are thinking. When your cementing gains should you take time off to see if the gains have been cemented? Cause i lost very little after 2 weeks off but im still confident that gains are permanent after cementing. How exactly do you cement? And has anyone tooken years off and still kept the gains they last had? Like stopped at 8x6 and completely kept their gains after years and years of no pe?

After two years of no PE, I only lost 0.2 inch in girth and gained some NBPEL.

you basically lost nothing ,but loosing gains is a fucking bad thing IMO,yeah cementing is key yeah, we basically share the same BPEL in lenght haha

and the same girth too:)...

I would continue PE just for penile health EQ improvements alone. I definitely gained. Even if it isn't a full inch yet my penis looks better, looks fatter and has improved my confidence in the bedroom by tenfold (and that, the improvement in my sex life is probably the best gain so far which is enough to keep me going)

couldn't have been said any better, the ancillary benefits are almost as rewarding as getting a bigger d!ck, (I said almost as rewarding)

And it's a matter of size, lol :)!

1. Except for the people that seem to make money from PE, I have not seen many, if any, that have gained at least 2 inches in length.

2. PE is very time consuming, and I can at the very least use that time to find women to actually use my penis with.

3. In over 4 years of doing PE on and off I only gained less than 1 inch at one point, and it all went away very quickly after I stopped.

4. Although I would love to be 10 inches, I can have a fulfilling sex life without a monster cock.

5. At 7.25 inches I believe I am adequate for most women.

I have more reasons, but I can't recall all of them right now.

You alone know what is best for you. I gained 2.25 inches in length and I'm still working to gain an extra .75 plus 1.5 inches of girth. By 9th of January 2025, I.must have gotten.my desired girth of 7 inches. All the best brother.
