Quick gains

I'm new to Penis Enlargement and have been Air pumping at an intense pressure for 25 minutes a night with wednesday and Sunday off. I've also been doing DLD's beginner routine after I get out of the shower everyday. I"ve been doing the routine for about a week now and pumping for two. I'm a fitness freak so I eat really clean and have overall good health. But in this short time I've gained a little under an inch flaccid hang and maybe a couple mm in erection length but this is contributed to my erections being much harder and fuller. I know the gains a temporary as of now but it is still very encouraging to see so quickly. Just wanted to say the site is great and thanks for all the incredible information. I haven't done girth measurements yet but I am going to today. But I can tell in the flaccid state that it is hanging much thicker. which I'm sure is contributed to blood circulation just from the workouts and isn't permanent right now but even if it never grew another inch and stayed as is I am happy I discovered this site and I imagine it is good for overall [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Penis health[/words] and just with the temp gains if I keep it looking the way it does now I'd still be happy and feel better about myself. But lets hope for future perm gains lol. Don't want to settle.
