100 Wet Jelqs
30 DLD Bends
20 Isolation Compression Squeezes
Originally, I started doing 10 sets. I want to know if I performed 15 or 20 sets more would this be to extreme? What do you think?
Instead of 10 sets how about 15 or 20 sets more?
