Ok, take for instance performing these exercises;

100 Wet Jelqs
30 DLD Bends
20 Isolation Compression Squeezes

Originally, I started doing 10 sets. I want to know if I performed 15 or 20 sets more would this be to extreme? What do you think?

Instead of 10 sets how about 15 or 20 sets more?
 
I'd say do 15 sets of what ya like here ... all seem good , do the 15 sets for 1 week and see how you adjust to the exta's...if ya okay than goto 20 sets right away, otherwise stay.
Reason doing this is it helps you smooth in and get settled when moving onto more time consuming sessions which it will now become, more time involved with more sets.
I suppose you could jump right into a 20 set , X2 what ya do now ... that should shock ya penis, and hopefully for you give that growth a kick.

Choice is yours, I would do the 15 set 1 week first and access it afterwards.
It isnt too extreme ... you are conditioned now for this, a newbie well yes it would.
In say 2 months ya could be onto 30 sets.???

CHAN sounds good to me too. As you know, my feeling about GIRTH are maximum expansion each and every workout. My goal when training GIRTH is to get my pump as fat as I can everyday. As long as you are doing this you are on the right track.
 
As DLD said, you need to try to maximize your pump with every routine. If it's extreme girth routines that you're looking for you might want to give the Supra Slammers a shot, or maybe even give cable clamp girth exercises a shot. In my opinion you won't find a more extreme girth routine then cable clamp squeezes/bends supersetted with Supra Slammers.
 
I remember in the beginning when I first started out. Girth exercises really gave me my length gains. So basically I am returning to that formula of success.
