Picture proof Pumping & Hanging for 7 inch Girth

The set up is perfect and you’re fucking huge. It looks as though you could add a lot more intensity may be a bar even as it looks like you’re not really stretching. So the position is perfect just add some intensity. You might find that you’re going to feel some pressure at the head that may be uncomfortable if that’s the case I will pick up one of our SiliSleave caps as this will bring so much more comfort allowing for a more intense stretch.

You mean physically add the extender bar pieces right?
Not just twisting the rods a bit?

So should my whole penis feel a tight intense stretch or should it be a more nuanced feel with the bigger factor being
lots of hours logged in?

You want to be as intense as you can handle for up to an hour session. The idea is to always get your flaccid stretched size to its maximum length in the extender. So I think you can certainly add a bar in there maybe even a half inch. Yes you should be feeling a stretch along the length of the penis.

I tried adding a bar but that made it a bit too long.
I' believe I'm getting a 90-95% stretch.
Can I compensate it by adding more time?

When I pull the extender upward i feel that my penis is taut.
I was asking about intensity cuz I started manual stretching the day before and when doing it slow and w/ good form it felt INTENSELY tight and with a "burning" sensation almost like an Indian burn.

It shouldn't feel that extreme, right?
If I could hold that intensity for hours a day, it would prob dangle down by my knees by the end of the month.

Also, I have a big foreskin that's only grown bigger w/ pumping so maybe that's why the 1st pic doesn't look fully elongated but it's very hard getting a better stretch atm.

Go with more time, work to get another bar in! You have to be close. Well if you have never manually stretched I suppose it could feel like the but it is not common. Most pain is found at the ligament at the base of the penis. What stretches are you doing? I can see the intensity now, thanks for the new picture!
 
I'm getting a bit better hang at this extending thing. It feels nice n taut. The whole penis feels a bit stiff in a good way. I hope I can keep getting a good thorough stretch. It's sometimes difficult to extend the upper shaft n get the loop on.
I've had 3 hours of manual stretching n
6 hours in the extender since yesterday morning. Thanks for all for your constant advice, DLD. I'm trying to stay committed.

It doesn't look very comfortable or correct around the glans area. Looking too tight, how does it feel? these noose attachments aren't as safe, due to them cutting off circulation.

Have some padding in the area where the noose rests, and think about getting a SizeDoctor, or Silistetcher for the future ... doesn't need to be now, but if you want to stick with an extender it needs to be comfortable, and safe.

Hey DLD, so I've logged 13.5 hrs in the extender and 4 hrs Manual stretching. I added another bar but it's made it harder to strap on. I really feel that stretch though and don't want to back down on the force.
You suggested doing one intense hour at a time for me.
I was reading into extender theory n it seems to take 100-150 hrs for every .1 inch
Does it take so long cuz a lot of people don't go hard on the intensity?
So since I've done so much girth work, should my length sessions be more intense n incorporate diff angles to compensate n cut down on so many hrs?

I've never done an actual length stretching routine in my 5 yrs of PE. I've done some stretching as warmup n some bundles but w/ more emphasis on girth for 15 mins or so but not much.

With an intense Manual Length Stretching routine of 2-3 hrs per day, 5-7 days a week?
I'll be hitting multiple angles n using various intensities along the length and doing rolls n twists.
Maybe I can focus on that routine so I can bring my girth work back sooner.
I'll be using a heater for pliability most times.

After a 45 min manual stretch session tonight my foreskin wont move forward unless I move enough to drive it forward or enough time passes. It couldn't really do that before at all from what I can recall.

Definitely signs of progress but I also think that you’re learning along the way. If you can get that bar in and you can stay in for one hour that’s pretty incredible. To most people I would say only go 20 minutes but since you’re able to go a whole hour you may be able to increase even more tension from the base screws. I would try to see what your max is for 20 minutes and use that as your standard work out.

I believe that newbie gains can be made with the right intensity. I highly recommend you getting a lengthmaster as I think it will benefit you since your girth is so great. With great with girth like you have your going to need a lot of strength in the stretch if you’re going to go manual. The Lengthmaster is the perfect tool for you.
 
From looking at your penis, you need to rest. Take a few days off, the color doesn't look good, its swollen too much underneath, and around the glans. If you have a hot wrap, use it, or get under the shower, or in the hot bath.

You need to reduce the swelling, and if the foreskin does not retract over the glans you will need to visit the hospital, because that can cut off circulation to the foreskin.

I would not recommend you carry on with a penis looking like this, its asking for injury. Just take a breather :)

Thanks for noticing the progress. Yeah you're right, I'm learning a lot now that I've dedicated my mind to gaining length.
It always seemed kinda tedious and "unsexy" cuz my tunica felt tight and I couldn't get the big expansion/excitement with girth work/jelqing n adult entertainment. Now that I'm focusing on length I need to stay flaccid n I've hardly even thought of adult entertainment.
The heater is working great keeping me loose n stretchy.
I think my next device purchase will be a pump so I'm gonna give this manual routine a go.
I'm trying to work on the idea that if I keep strong, good expansion/stretch going every single day at intervals for a few hrs after putting in 13 hrs in the extender over the week-nd my gains will come quicker than taking rest days n going weenie on the intensity. You've said stretching even works best when the penis is a bit fatigued.

Also, idk why RedZ is so concerned. I thought he would suggest cranking it to 11, he inspired me to really get progressive n hardcore with my girth work. Maybe he's a bit jelly that you're my new wang guru, ?.
My foreskin retracts easily n it has thickened up from pumping...my penis isn't swollen, it's Swole. It's doing great n I just have a multi-shade penis. I was talking about feeling a bit of expansion between the head and where my foreskin bunches up n it not retracting right away on its own for signs of "proof" that my routine is working already a bit. I'm at 18 hrs total of stretching work since Friday.

Let's not forget the OP clearly says this is after pumping. It's bloated, squishy girth. Not to sound mean which I'm sure the OP understands. Let's keep things in perspective.

No, I haven't pumped since last Thursday and it was only for 10 mins.
Ive already switched to a stretching routine for a bit so I can establish some length n then switch back to girth.
It's not bloated or squishy.
My penis is doing well.
I need tales of inspiration people. That's why I'm sharing my progress too
I'm trying to get a long dangly dong.
