Picture proof Pumping & Hanging for 7 inch Girth

Wow that’s amazing! Congratulations and thanks for the proof in the picture. What have you done to get to this massive size?
 
Thanks DLD. It'll truly be an accomplishment if I can cement the 7 inch girth somewhere on the upper shaft at least.

Been jelqing on and off for the last 5 yrs, started pumping about 2 yrs ago.
SSJs, erect bends, twisted bundles, toilet compression squeezes, etc.
Medium and intense pumping both in
time and pressure.
Occasional Boa Constricters (cockring around glans) and now introducing pumping w/ cockring near the base.

Made a routine thread not too long ago and joined the glans challenge but my posts got deleted.

Sorry to hear about those post being to deleted, we went through a period where we did lose a little bit of info so I do apologize for that. That thread really never took off anyways so there’s nothing really missed. As a matter of fact we’re coming out with a new head pump that you’re probably really enjoy.

Like I said your girth is amazing and getting 7 inches to stick is just going to be consistency. Training every day to get better expansion and then hold that expansion for as long as possible. So whatever girth work you are doing we sure to put on a siliring on afterwards To keep your expanded state going for as long as possible so to heal this way. You can read all about the healing and gaining methodology in SRT.

You might be interested in the new pump we just came out with called the MityVac. We created it ourselves and it is a Hydro/water pump with much more intensity than any other pump on the market for a very reasonable price. People are seeing over an inch in temporary expansion in one session.

Whatever you choose to to make sure you start to progress thread so we can get all of your information down and get your routine written up and start keeping you accountable and motivated as you make your gains.
 
I put up a measured intense post pump workout girth already.
DLD, did you want to see length as well? that one's not as impressive.

Only girth should be measured post workout. The whole reason for measuring girth after a workout is to be sure you’re seeing expansion beyond your normal size. This will let you know that the routine you’re doing is fruitful and will bring the gains you desire.

With length you should measure once every two weeks in the bone pressed, flaccid stretched measurement. This measurement will show you size beyond your normal length. That extra size is the future gains you will see. Checking your FSBP lets you know that the length routine you’re working is bringing gains.

Finally you want to make complete measurements once every 90 days to check for true gains.

It's after a 10-15 min light pumping session so most likely around 6.3-6.5. I've measured before so that's a decent estimate.
 
5.45 to begin with is very impressive. My girth is pathetic at 4.5, although it was only 4.375 a couple of months ago before I started. 6 inches of girth would be a dream come true:)

Keep going and one day you can have your dream of 6. I cemented 6 inches completely about a year ago or so, not truly sure.
