Picture proof Pumping & Hanging for 7 inch Girth

I just started the SRT program. I do the SRT hanging routine in the morning and the SRT girth routine at night.
 
5.45 to begin with is very impressive. My girth is pathetic at 4.5, although it was only 4.375 a couple of months ago before I started. 6 inches of girth would be a dream come true:)

That’s was trying to get you in the other thread, slowly but surely and bit by bit you’ll get longer and thicker and heavier hanging overtime. Just remain consistent and stay motivated
 
Very nice that's the best start. I wore bands for long periods of time to help cement girth and help flaccid gains.

I am blown away about your pictures I can’t believe how freaking thick you are! You do not need any more girth at all or else he won’t be able to fit in anyone LOL Simply incredible and something for everybody to aspire to. Appreciate you sharing pictures, I know it’s intimate and it takes guts so thank you.

Haha, DLD I've actually thought about being too thick for some girls n struggling to get in, it's kind of a turn on. But I'm not that thick yet when I've been fully unpumped n no PE for more than 4 days or so I'm around 6.15-6.25.
Dont know when I'll be fully satisfied.

Yeah I spent a lot of time lurking and reading threads, never knowing when I was gonna unveil my gains n talk about my progress.

Well I’m sure glad you decided to share your experiences with us. Even that 6 1/4 your girth is huge. I think the maximum anyone should go to would be 7 inches. But there are people to have goals beyond that. To me it’s all about symmetry, I want my length of my girth to be even in proportional.

Yeah I think my final girth goal is cemented
6.75 -7.25 girth.
Since I've gained a lot more girth my length always lags behind even though I still do a variety of exercises. I bought an extender that was on sale like 6 months ago but my girth was too big for it even though I picked the biggest option available n I was obviously smaller back then. The base looked pretty big and fit fine at first but I couldn't really get the length to extend properly and connect, it was too unruly. I couldn't exchange it cuz it was on sale and I've been low on funds so not planning on buying any new equipment since my pump works so well.

I have many weights of all different sizes and a small chain but not really sure if I should try hanging seems kinda elaborate
and I heard I have to put in lots of hours
and it's hard to other things meanwhile.

I've wore bands around the whole basse and balls and saw some results. The bands made the basse pop out a bit by bunching it up and pushing it forward but it's a lot harder to properly push out deeper and wider basse w/ balls. I think I need to isolate more penis maybe.

My starting length was 5.9 and now my full blown hard on is around 6.9-7.1 but when I'm around 85% I'm still only 6.75.
I'd really like to reach 7.75

Girth is all set, I agree. It is amazing and mind blowing, you need no more. Where we need to concentrate is length. With having a penis with such thick girth it becomes more difficult to stretch than the other way around but have no fear, you still can make awesome length gains. Do you own a Lengthmaster?

I agree, I feel it'll be quite difficult to get to 7.75-8 in length since I have to bring this added girth along.

In your case I think the only things that will help you gain the length will be a extreme manual stretching at the very least and the best would be the lengthmaster hanging and bundle/roll work. What I suggest in the meantime is going really hard-core on the nüvi routine basic stretches. I would also add in some expressive stretching that will also help benefit you.
 
I would strongly suggest that if you want more length, you start hitting that now, and lay off intense girth work, otherwise, it will become very hard to create more length due to the increased volume needed when you have a thicker penis.

Mine is 8.5 x 7.2 when fully hard but usually these days its 8.2 x 7 and I wish I'd have concentrated more on length before going for girth. I want to reach 9 inches erect length, and will do so, but I'm planning to use much more intensive advanced methods to get there, once my equipment comes, ways that really hammer the shit outta the tunicae, the sheath that covers the penis, and the septum, that lurks inside.

Its all one to me, they all get hit with the same angles from my own experience [tunicae and septum more higher angles, twists and bundles], its the inner, and suspensory ligaments at the base that require a different tac.

I now advise men to get length in before they really hammer the girth.
Doesn't mean you cannot do any girth exercises, a mixed routine is fine, but if length is on the menu, I would get it done before your penis gets too thick.

Before PE I was 6.6" x 5.4" so all in all I have done well, but could have gone much further if I had targeted length specifically from the start!

@4starmanny I hope you dont take it the wrong way :) sure you wont, but this reminds me, of me, when I began. Being really into the girth work, which as I say, does make it more harder to get the length when you get too thick ... your not 7" yet, or 6.5" girth, so therefore think about length.

The lengthmaster, SizeDoctor, Silistretcher are all good options. Anyone of those will take you on the path, my advise would be to save for the silistretcher because its the prime product for MoS, and will keep getting allot of mods to it, it is a MoS only product. Can do allot, the other two still very good, especially the LM, but that wont offer you torsion work with extenders, or ADS.

Its your choice, but at least your on a good site with proper advise.

8.5x7" HUGE if i ever get to that size maybe id stop would i??lol
