Hey DLD, so I've logged 13.5 hrs in the extender and 4 hrs Manual stretching. I added another bar but it's made it harder to strap on. I really feel that stretch though and don't want to back down on the force.
You suggested doing one intense hour at a time for me.
I was reading into extender theory n it seems to take 100-150 hrs for every .1 inch
Does it take so long cuz a lot of people don't go hard on the intensity?
So since I've done so much girth work, should my length sessions be more intense n incorporate diff angles to compensate n cut down on so many hrs?
I've never done an actual length stretching routine in my 5 yrs of PE. I've done some stretching as warmup n some bundles but w/ more emphasis on girth for 15 mins or so but not much.
Do you think I can make "newbie" gains
With an intense Manual Length Stretching routine of 2-3 hrs per day, 5-7 days a week?
I'll be hitting multiple angles n using various intensities along the length and doing rolls n twists.
Maybe I can focus on that routine so I can bring my girth work back sooner.
I'll be using a heater for pliability most times.
After a 45 min manual stretch session tonight my foreskin wont move forward unless I move enough to drive it forward or enough time passes. It couldn't really do that before at all from what I can recall.
