DLD, your guidance n experience so far has been really great.
I can prob accumulate 2-3 hrs of stretch work a day. Prob more on weeknds.
I want to know if doing morning/afternoon/night sessions will help gains/pliability faster since I put in a lot of hrs over the weeknd in the extender (13.5).
I want my penis to forget its shortness.
I'm prob not gonna wear the extender, it's difficult to put on n I'm saving for a new pump.
Besides, I'm really liking the heated manual stretching sessions I'm having n I'm hitting diff intensities & angles so it's been fun so far.
The only other equipment I have is a pump.
 
Thank you my brother I appreciate your compliments but I understand I love what I’m doing. I would forgo saving up for the pump and put that money into the Lengthmaster instead as this will help me help you gain length the fastest. Let me know what you think.
 
Reached 25 hrs. Thought I was gonna log more hrs in this weeknd but I got busy.
Seemed to notice a slight improvement in flaccid state.
Stretching below the glans is getting good so I thought I'd hit more mid-shaft n basse area these last two days cuz the tunica is still stronger n less pliable there. I want to work the basse area to express more inner dick. Also started working out more, both for muscle n leanness.
Has anyone noticed expressing more penis with a very lean body fat %?

Pumping n bundled stretches has given me a bigger, thicker foreskin.
I've done bundles before but then I'd transition to SSJs so it was mainly a girth exercise.
Now I'm using it more for length n hopefully some expressive gains.

Not only, I'm getting various benefits but I think those two exercises made my foreskin more pronounced so that's how I got my already nice foreskin to the more elephant trunk look but it's not complete yet, just in case you were wondering.
Also the few times I attempted Redz Frendos prob had something to do with shifting some girth forward towards the head.
Haven't pumped in close to 2 weeks.
So the pics from today are results from bundled stretching only.

I'm only scratching the surface too.
In the past I only used bundles as warmup for girth n now I'm using them to focus more on length in a total session/routine.
They are so versatile; depending on grip, hand placement, number of rotations in the bundle, BTC, etc.

That is why they play a major role in SRT! Thank God I was able to rehash this exercise after I created it and bring it back in a new role in prestretching the Tunica. Today men are able to make length and girth gains at such a faster pace because of Bundled Stretches and their ability to cause permanent Tunica deformation. ??
 
Haven't done an update in nearly 3 weeks.
My stretching went down to about 10-15 mins a day the last couple of weeks.
Other things got in the way but I still feel I am progressing

Excellent updates and thank you for the photographs to back up what you’re saying, I wish more people were able to do that. Even though maybe you have slow down in your work do not take that to heart simply make a change and work harder. You have so much going for you already that when you finish adding what you desire you will have a true monster.

I'll prob ramp it up again soon with the stretching. I feel my basse starting to pull out just a bit more.
Yeah I want to keep going w/ the updates to have solid proof that growing your cock is achievable with a lot of dedickation.

DeDICKcation? That’s probably how I wrote it in school knowing my bad ass. Yes you’re proving to everybody watching that PE certainly works. I mean it would be crazy for us to have a website that’s 17 years old and we’re still around but nobody made any gains. The reason the brotherhood stand so strong is because of the brothers that belong to it. Together we can create the best routines and give lots of motivation two people looking on.

I agree with you I would start going for length right now is your girth is really good. If you want to test out the best length routine I’ve come up with so far try the DLD Reverse Pyramid Hanging, It’s a whole new way to gain and the people using it are very satisfied.

That mity vac pump looks sick im a bit toughtful about buying it looks tempting dont have the money yet tough..Wonder how effective that pump is have three BMs thay are broken tough? should try to fix them

I've been pumping on and off for the last 2 yrs or so.
I've been conditioned to them now so I'm doing them more regularly and with higher pressure. I also do constricted boas in the pump (cock ring around the glans)

Why dont you think you can gain girth with that pump?
What is your starting girth, current girth & what is your goal?

My pump feels sturdy af and can handle massive pressure.
