I can prob accumulate 2-3 hrs of stretch work a day. Prob more on weeknds.
I want to know if doing morning/afternoon/night sessions will help gains/pliability faster since I put in a lot of hrs over the weeknd in the extender (13.5).
I want my penis to forget its shortness.
I'm prob not gonna wear the extender, it's difficult to put on n I'm saving for a new pump.
Besides, I'm really liking the heated manual stretching sessions I'm having n I'm hitting diff intensities & angles so it's been fun so far.
The only other equipment I have is a pump.
