Gentlemen,
Have any of you figured out that you can stimulate your prostate gland and enhance your Penis Enlargement efforts?

Yes, this is one of my techniques to allow me to go that "extra few minutes" toward the end of my work out when my penis is getting tired.

You may be thinking, "but hung, how can this be done?" and the answer is:

Method 1: rub between the balls with enough pressure and depth to stimulate the gland.

Method 2: Just get over those homophobic thoughts and slide a well lubricated digit or other hand shape right in there and rub the little gland.

You can simply do this and then bacl to jelking and when things get a little soft stimulate it again.

Go ahead and give it a try before you judge, afterall, a little extra can make a big difference in rate-of-gain!!

Yeah this should work, seeing as how we have some nerve endings in there as well. That's why when you go to take a crap you sometimes get those annoying boners that touch the front of the toilet :p

Hey Red,
The area is between your anus (butt hole) and your scrotum (nut sack). Push hard and deep in a circular motion until you feel the extra stimulation. When you find the sweet spot then just do what makes you feel good and has the most positive effect!!!

A suggestion for finding the spot:

In a sitting position, lean back a bit so your perineum (the 'taint') is exposed. Place your thumb at the suspensory ligs and place your middle finger under the balls at the perineum. You will be touching the spot. If you use the flat pad of your finger rather than the fingertip, you'll have a better experience.

By squeezing the thumb and forefinger together you can do BTB jelqing (behind the balls) and as you get harder you'll be able to feel your prostate pumping up. This is a major aid in hitting high erection levels for some of the extreme exercises.

And there's nothing homo/hetero about prostate stim. It's a fkkn brilliant method of spiking your cumshot.

GREAT, I already found benefits of this,
I have hit my Flaccid stretched measurements with this at a normal erection so its a MUST TO DO as it gets the erection at top level.

I think the more often you hit and hold high erection levels for extended periods, especially during jelq exercises, the better your girth gains cause you're expanding the cavernosa and blasting them. I'm thinking of devising a totally extreme girth routine based on this.

I also think, the longer your pumping session combined with high pressure pumping, the quicker your girth gains will come. With SSJ too as a part of your pumping routine.
