Taking today off. Going do a 6 day on 1 day off due to privacy for now.

PI's - Eq 8-9/10. Girthier and lower hang. Throbs all day. Thinking it's due to refraining from masturbation. Also my energy levels are high. At work I'm not as fatigued as usual and I'm not losing as much hair as usual. Be back tomorrow.

So last night at work I figured I do a little extra from now on, or try to at least. After work (I work night shifts) I will do my stretches and DLD blasters and head to sleep. Which means I will have 2 routines per day.

After giving myself a lot of thought I figured I got all this motivation from abstaining from smoking tobacco and marijuana. Also staying away from other things. It's really clearing my head and giving me a lot of motivation. Who knows?

I would not give up the Cannabis, I would use it properly to help with spirituality. Cannabis is a God given right that brings great blessing to those who do not abuse it. Getting high all day is wrong but moderate spiritual use is liberating. Cigarettes I have given up and this is definitely a good thing. Alcohol I have up years ago, I do drink Red wine in my worship. I think what feels good is not so much the thing we give up but the discipline we learn from it. And for me, any carnal attachment is not good in any way. I see most earthly pleasures as a way to avoid what really matters, learning to grow to accept yourself and to prepare for a eternal happiness to come. Not all things are good for all people. What I see as good may be bad for you and visa versa. I am not saying that we should take no pleasure in that which we receive from above, I am saying do not get attached to it as just like material gifts we can also lose spiritual gifts for a time. The good Lord said that "it is not what we take in the body that defiles us more than what comes out." This statement not only exemplifies that all things are good when glory is given to the creator but also all things are good in moderation. Taking alcohol through the mouth will nor defile a man but if that alcohol makes him into a beast then it is no longer a good thing. Hope that makes sense.

Awesome! That is exactly what you want to do, reflect, make note and recognize it next time. There will be more coming too so constantly be on guard and if you do fall trace those steps again to find the next trigger. It is a process but it is worth it, believe me!

Hopefully before long worrying about cannabis tests will be in the past, i just had to quit myself as i know they are changing my drug policy at work to test 15% of the workforce periodically
 
Today I noticed EQ and hang wasn't as good. Could it be the AM routine? Maybe I pulled too hard? I don't think so but I'm going to try to add in a few jelqs around 100 this AM Sesh and resume my daily PM sesh. Be back later. Don't beat yourself up over this! Any negative thoughts have a way a festering and creating inertia...turn whatever ill feelings you have 180*. Find a positive way to talk about yourself, your routine, your psyche...it means a lot. The more you practice, the easier it becomes and then, before you know it it's automatic.

Just a Body injury. I lost a lot of total blood in my body. Overall I haven't masturbated or anything and again my hormones are raging.

I'm going on day 6 right now! I'm pretty proud of myself. I sent the ol lady some pictures. Says she can't wait to sit on it all night and suck on it all night lol.

EQ is great 8/10 despite the meds I'm taking. Also I've been off my supplements for now. Doing kegels here and there also some random stretches throughout the day. I'm hoping to get back on track next week Wednesday if not just do a stretch routine for now that way I'm not wasting time. Haven't decided.

Oh wow that much blood loss is not a good thing, Glad to hear your doing a little better. Getting stretches in here and there is a good way to keep you on track until you go forward more. Wishing you the best of luck

Starting to recover from my body injury so I figure I start back on the routine. I have privacy now so let's get this ball rolling.

I'm using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] right now and I keep thinking I have to go back to the single rods. No buddy, looks like I've cemented my stretches flaccid. Even before I measured I seen the gains there first due to the rod system.

I decided I would do the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at base tension til my member gets stretched out enough to be comfortably strapped in at least 800 grams of tension.

I would do this in sets of 3 . 30 minutes each and follow up with the stretches in between each sets.
#3 I would do this 2-3 times a day and I would find time throughout the day to do the entire DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words].

This will be my routine til I'm healthy enough to go back to work and not have enough time for all this.

One question.
What do bpfsl gain signify and what is actually going on when it's growing?

Edit: also I'm on day 8 of no fapping. I can feel the anger lol ... but EQ is improved

Honestly she's just my girlfriend and we have a baby together. It's complicated right now but we are working on it! Hopefully soon
 
Currently doing the newb routine with 600 jelqs and Mandingo stretches incorporated. I do the stretches til my wrists are fatigued.
I have a lot more motivation for PE now. Not letting anything get in the way be back later.

Your flaccid stretched, bone-pressed measurement is a gain that has not become an erect one yet. It is a GREAT [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of growth as it IS GROWTH. Look at it like it is a peek into the future. Eventually these will become erect gains and new FSBP gains will appear. It is an ongoing process, but a progress of growth none the less.

Yeah I do them throughout the day I can really start feeling the stretch within!
This early morning I woke up and did a round of uli's for expansion. I figured I need to up it a little bit throughout the day for maximizing gains and reducing turtling. Man felt a good soreness after bout 20 reps. My fiancé was around so therefore she gave me a bit of an edge and managed to stay erect for 20 minutes. I need to work on EQ.

Erection quality is easy to correct. KEGELS! all day, every day, the more the better. Here is a great routine for Kegels.

Pelvic Floor Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words]. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Just get into the habit, just like brushing your teeth, taking a shower, PE needs to be habitual. Inconsistent PE will bring little gains but a steady and consistent workout will bring great gains. Dedication to this art is so important and understanding that this is not a rush or a race, its is a new home until you make those gains.

So happy that you have been clean for 60 days, that is a big accomplishment and I am very proud of you! Also, NoFap? Awesome! Masturbation can become an ugly habit especially when adult entertainment is used. What do you plan on using for a routine?
