I started an ambitious PE trainings plan for 2015, to see if PE works and if what the gains can be.
My goal is not to gain 1 or 2 inches my goal is to follow my plan and see what happens.
I'll post pictures into this album every month trying to document the progress ...

Hi,

sure! My routine:

jelq 5 times a week for about 20-30 minutes
stretching 5 times a week for about 10 minutes
pumpin 3 times a week for 3x10 minutes

My goal is to 1-2 inches in length and some girth but i don't have a number for that ...

I have followed this routine for a month now and noticed some gains in length and girth, Will measure in some days.
BUT the the most significant change is that my boner is rock hard and that i feel much more during sex.
 
i do not have that measure tape thing ... i will get one for next measurement, not sure myself about eg

You can use a piece of string. Wrap it around your penis while you are erect and mark the string then from here you can measure it against your ruler.

i must have written some thing wrong ... those pics are staring. Deo Image, nbpel and bpel ...
will put up the same images each month.
 
I just updated the pictures after one month training.
I tried to keep the same position and angle. If everything is right like i messured correctly, then it seems to work. What do you guys think?
 
These are excellent gains for such a short period of time with your routine. I am a very hard gainer myself but if you keep pushing you will reach your goals.
Its amazing how you managed to take those pics holding a ruler and being hard. For me it does not work this way so. Maybe i need to quit smoking afterall or something!
