Hey guys, just started reading through this thread. The NO2 production in this L-Citrulline made me start wondering if this ingredient was in my pre-workout drink. Just so happened it is! I take it every day I workout, so basically 5 days a week on average. I will say I have very good EQ.
The pre-workout drink I take is Neurocore. It's a pre-workout with high quality ingredients, including this. One scoop, which is what people typically start with, is 100g of L-Citrulline. But some take 3 scoops which would obviously be 300g. I'd highly recommend this pre-workout to anyone that lifts weights AND does Penis Enlargement. You get a high quality pre-workout drink, and if you do 3 scoops, you also get 300g of L-Citrulline for Penis Enlargement! You're killing 2 birds with one stone and it tastes good.
You can get this off bodybuilding.com for a good price and I actually got a good 2 for 1 deal last I bought it. If you're doing 3 scoops, it could get somewhat expensive though. A buddy of mine loves the blueberry with just water. Personally, I take the fruit punch flavor and mix it 2/3 fruit punch Gatorade, 1/3 water, and add liquid enhancer (fruit punch flavor), which contains vitamin b3, b6, and b12. But you can do it however you like!
