Can somone please critique my current routine. I have tried to make this routine very TIME convinient. Please feel free to change anything
Day 1
Morning :
Low Erection Jelqing Using Olive Oil (Upward Direction 1 sec stroke X400)
These are done in such a manner that a STRETCHING effect is created.
Afternoon:
Low Erection Jelqing Using Olive Oil (Str8 out 1 sec stroke X400)
Night:
Low Erection Jelqing Using Olive Oil (Upward direction 1sec stroke X 150
Str8 out 1 sec stroke X 150)

The aim is to really JELQ , Create a Stretch and hold and continue (1sec X400)
Afternoon : Flaccid Jelqing using Olive Oil (Str8 out,Str8 out Left, Str8 out rite)
(1 sec X 300)
Night: Flacid Jelqing using Olive oil (Down , down left , down right)
(1sec X 300)

Night: [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] GIRTH Excercises: (80%-90% erection) (100 Reps as slow as i can)~~~ Can someone please advise me on how i should increase the intensity ... should i keep the reps the same and increase the pressure and intensity or increase reps and intensity (stupid logial question but i want expert advice

PLease Crituque ... I have been peing on and off ... mostly mastering the jelqs but going crap with the Stretches ... i am following this Routine for quite some time and i am noticing very nice improvements.
Any advice or any change would be GREATLY appreciated :blush:
