well i have been doing p.e. for some time now i gained like 0.25inch in length when i first started, but now i dont seem to be getting any where, for length i stretch when i sit at the computer just DLD newbie stretches apart from BTC, which i do LOADS, and then my routine is, i do 3-4 sets of BTC, and then 3-4 sets A-stretch over a stick insted of my wrist and then i do 3-4 sets V-stretch using the stick again i pull with alot of intensity, and for girth i do 15 min clamping wanking all the way though to keep 100% hard as well as squeesing under the glands and near the clamp, followed by 20 min slow wet jelqing, and then i will edge for 20min and for kegals i do them every time i remember, HELP ME! i dont no what to add or what to do so i can start seeing some gains
