well i have been doing p.e. for some time now i gained like 0.25inch in length when i first started, but now i dont seem to be getting any where, for length i stretch when i sit at the computer just DLD newbie stretches apart from BTC, which i do LOADS, and then my routine is, i do 3-4 sets of BTC, and then 3-4 sets A-stretch over a stick insted of my wrist and then i do 3-4 sets V-stretch using the stick again i pull with alot of intensity, and for girth i do 15 min clamping wanking all the way though to keep 100% hard as well as squeesing under the glands and near the clamp, followed by 20 min slow wet jelqing, and then i will edge for 20min and for kegals i do them every time i remember, HELP ME! i dont no what to add or what to do so i can start seeing some gains

You've been at it since April, right? That's not a terribly long period of time when it comes to gains in P.E. And a half-inch is good compared to many others.

Why don't you try contacting Fedora. He has made some decent recent gains and he's been at it longer than you have. Check out his latest post on Picture Proof.

Maybe he can give you some feedback and some suggestions.

Good luck, and think of P.E. in the long term.

How many days a week are you doing the routine. What are your measurement stats right know?
I recommend you to do the DLD Blasters ove your forearm instead of the A-stretches over a stick.
I also recommend the BTC stretches when you sit on your penis and then slowly arche back with your body and move forward to the end of the chair.
I also recommend you to consider buying an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to complement your length work. The vimax is the cheapest out there bought through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words].
Length gains should I think also be done as much as possible throughout the day, using different target methods.
Also start doibng the DLD piss pulls whenever you are at a bathroom.

The mental part dedication is the key to Penis Enlargement, you gains are far from bad.
Try also to set some short term goals, it definitly helps you to keep pushing the limits.
 
i do the routine as many times as possible a week normally 4-5 days a week, my measurements are nbpel - 6.5, eg -4.75, i dont feel a good stretch when doing it over my arm like i do the stick i think whern my penis gets bigger i will do it over my arm, i will start doing them lazt ass btc, but i am not buying an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] i have heard you have to do like 4-5 hours a day in them and i havent got the time for that sorry, and i do do piss pulls,

I think the one I got was wood? Whats the deal? Which is better, I didnt know there were different types...I just bought the maximum gains package.

Hi Brit,

I ad through this thread again and started to think that you might have hit your first plateu. There is a lot of intesting thoughts if you search for plateus.
There are different theories and ways to break it.
One is to completely change your routine and the exercises. To approach your penis in ways that it´s not used to.

One other way is to take a weekend and totally dedicate it to length work. Really chock your penis with the amount of stretching during this weekend.
The aim is to break this wall, pass it, and reach a state where your penis ones again get in a phase to grow.

BriT, Intensity is a progressive thing. When someone is not gaining (even though you have gained) it is usually because their intensity is no longer enough or their routine has fallen short of its effectiveness. I suggest some very intense sessions. Supersets are a great way to up the ante and change stagnation to expansion and lengthening.

Everyone goes who has been into Penis Enlargement has experienced a plateau (some experience this from the beginning) When what we are doing no longer allows us to gain a change needs to be made.

Don't get too upset as depression will only stunt your motivation. Stop, reset and start a new. Being able to start over again is a positive thing. Give yourself a bit of time to rest and rewrite your routine and intensity dedication. It is amazing when we can get a subjective view on ourselves, it ultimately leads to positive change.
