Pills, ROP, and other PE equipment

I'd like to ask first if anyone has experienced gains with pills or coupling pills and Penis Enlargement. I'd like to know if there are safe pills out there that actually work.. I tried two brands of the pills. They did nothing. Never tried an ROP.

The best two pieces of Penis Enlargement equipment are at the ends of your arms.
