Usually stretching straight out or downward you feel more relax than to the sides or upward and upward sides.
Are those your ligaments holding you back??
Could be something else? is there anything else holding you back?
So if those are your just ligaments, what if you could make your ligaments completely loose and from there, do your usual lenght routine would that be more effective?
