But do these workouts helped to achieve your goals?
In fact, I`m doing my workouts of strechting, jelqing and PC muscle training, and I`m doing it for almost 4 months. But there are no real enhancements observable. I`m even doing a jelq and bend exercise, which lasts 30 minutes per session.
How can this promise on this page be realistic of doing a 10 minutes-exercise?
Well, some of u must have tried out, right?
