penis grows .5 " RIGHT after jelqs. Goes down later tho=/

I know that the penis isnt a muscle. But it works the same way, still get the pump, like i would if i worked out any body muscle.
Ques is, if i stay consistant, that 0.5 " temp gain, could stay permenant yes?
Also, is everyone else the same too?
 
That is the idea. Everyone gets temp gains after Penis Enlargement, the goal is to slowly change these temporary gains into permanent gains and eventually cement them.
 
The penis is partly smooth muscle, not skeletal muscle. There is skeletal muscle at the base only.

Several things may contribute to growth after a workout: 1) temporary blood engorgement, 2) tissue swelling, 3) slight sexual stimulation/arousal

With girth this is the way it is gained. The temporary swelling eventually permanently deform the erectile tissue to the amount that it is swelling. This process will continue as long as the swelling is bringing your girth beyond your 100% mark. It is all about consistent training.
 
So the real principle is filling the penis with extra blood and over time it adjusts by making more space for that blood so there's not so much pressure. Could you accelerate this process by placing larger amounts of blood in there more often? The body will usually adapt as fast as necessary to changes. Maybe I should try two months of instense clamping 3 or 4 times a day...

I'd work up to that amount slowly. Easy to overdue it with clamping and cause an injury that will require you to take some time off.
 
I would mix in a few short Uli's while jelqing to condition it first. Even the Uli's can be intense. I get quite a bit of expansion and my flacid girth and hang after a good session is almost as big as my erect size. It's hard to measure while I'm using one hand around the base to actually see how much over my erect girth it really is... but I'm guessing it's at least a quarter inch or more. I'm hoping that this plump look after jelqing is a sign that my erect sizes are going to be bumping up again soon. I experiment a lot with trying different stretches, but I always make sure my jelq sessions hit on semi-flacid jelqs. This is where I really make sure I get a stretch when each stroke hits the glans. Than after about 10 minutes of these, I then add some Uli's in about every 2 minutes and try them for at least 30 seconds.

This is the reason it is so important to listen to your body. If you love training it will really suck if you have to take weeks off for injury.
