Do you think its better to pe every other day .I feel i get better results peing every other day its growth on top of grouth . if you pe for 5 days straight your not fully healed .So you are just hurting your self again how are you Gunner grow. its only 1 day less a week . Let me no what you guys think
 
ive been tweaking my days on/off for a while now and what personally works best for me is to train length (hanging or stretching) every day (or 6 days/week) and girth (clamping/jelqs) every other day. some might disagree but i find this leaves me with a nice lig burn whilst giving my tunica time to recover.
 
Yeah i think im going to do Girth every other day. Iv been concentrating on Lenght and iv been gaining in Girth and i dont care that much about girht right now. Its kinda agrevating, but then again at least im gaining something. But my point is that i havnt been that consistent with girth in my workouts but iv been gaining from it. Possibly its not neccessary to do girth everyday, maybe even somewhat counter productive.

For the best length gains from streching, should you wait until the base of the penis no longer aches before doing another set of streches or not.
 
The goal of pe is to deform the tissues of the penis and keep them in this state for as long as possible you don't want them to heal as such,so you want to take as few rest days as possible.

Its a totally different concept to weight training where you train rest grow.
 
Agreeing with prince albert, as far as my two cents are concerned. keep stretching daily coz length and girth are different issues, girthwise do it every other day or like u said 5 days and rest, coz healing is a factor in that case as there might be issues where u get too ecstatic and injure urself so healing is a necessity, wherease as far as stretching goes, do it every day as per the reason given by the user above rofl
