Hey I have been doing Penis Enlargement exercsises latley and now I can't last at all in bed. Im in and im done. Does someone have a good reverse kegel routine or a kegel routine that strengthens erections but does make u premo ejac.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
i had the same problem. what works for me is to actually doing some kegel routine while having sex. i do it like this: first of all breathe slowly and deeply. when you inhale you make a reverse kegel and when you exhale you make a normal kegel. when you do this you distract your mind and you will probably be able to last longer... at least it works for me.
