hi
is there any way of over training the penis, i know there is alot of threads on this but carnt remeber where they are, i know as a bodybuilder my self you can overtrain the muscles, but can you over train the penis when doing jelqs, strecthing, kegals and clamping?
i am asking this because on my days off from work i have got enough time to do 2 some times 3 sets ov lets say jelqs spaced out though out the day wondering if it will hinder my gains or help my gains?

Brit, It is possible to overdue it in regards to girth work. Personally, I've found it quite possible to over do it with length work as well. Stretching throughout the day is a good thing to do but it is possible to pull too hard or too much and cause the body to go into "healing mode". With girth it's a balance because you can over work the tissues when erect with greater ease than with length. Your best bet is to get all of your jelqs, squeezes, clamping etc. in all at the same time. Keep the volume in check and work for expansion instead of total reps. Once you've gotten past the maximum expansion point you're accumulating fluid, which I believe is secreted to protect the tissues and leads to a thickening of the CC. I feel that girth and length are similar in the sense that once you've gotten past the point where you can actually feel the tissues stretch and expand you're wasting your time. The idea is to grow a little bit more cock each and every time out. You do this by pushing just beyond your current size limits each time, but it's only going to happen in small increments that eventually turn into larger units over time.
 
Penisbuilder, You will feel a lateral stretch feeling in the CC when under pressure. It's a similar feeling to the feeling you get at the base of the penis when stretching. This feeling will persist for a short time during the workout. Once this feeling has past I usually will do 2-3 more repetitions to finish the workout, but if I see that I've generate a ton of fluid during the early portion of the set then I'll end a bit early because that's an indication that the tunica has stretched to it's maximum capacity and now it's secreting fluid to protect against an injury and create a stronger matrix around the tunica.
