I have started up a old school jelq routine where I am jelqing overhand for 10 mins 5 days a week. This will be my log to see if this simple routine can give my any gains. I am hoping to reach 8.5" in length, I am not really going for anything specific on girth so anything I get will be good.
I am starting a 7.9" (20.2 cm) BPEL, 5.3" (13.5 cm) EG.
The measurement I just did actually shows that I have lost some of my girth gains from previous PE, where I was at 5.5" in girth.
I will try to get in a post a week with new measurements.
