I put this in newbie section because I really am new to routines and Major Penis Enlargement.
I listen to my body and this seems comfy for me now.. just want ur thoughts on balance of the workout and any advice would be nice. Here is my day:
1) early morning workout... warm up for 30 mins. with hand stretching... modified some grips to suffice my flaccid... I prefer a top grip with thumb underneath.. start with pull downs over the thumb 50 reps... then side to side with 50 each then do a twist and knuckle pelvis stretch for 50.
2) After warm up of 30-40 mins I put on my stretcher for 3 hrs.
3)1/2 hr break....
4) Clamp with horse and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for at the least 30 mins. releasing every 10 mins to maintain erection...
5) put on ROP (Zinger II) for 4hrs for healing process.
6) meat feels fresh... so back to Stetcher for 3 hrs
7) [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penis pump[/words] workout with 2 sets of 10 mins. with Jelqing in between.
8) back to the ROP for some sleep.

this seems tolerable and feel fine... unless I get laid and it F**ks everything up... I know I need to get to 3 10 min. sets with pump but dont want to push too hard! maybe after a month of this workout i will adjust to keep the stress on the penis at max!

Ok.. switched today and found it is easier to pump b4 final 3 hrs of stretcher. Seems easy with no issues. Had a bad 20 mins of pumping today. Penis still responded better than my normal program. So i switched #6 and#7 today and think I will keep it there. I will post results in a month.
 
Well you have a serious routine. If you get a little off track you are going to be perfectly fine in relation to having sex on a night unexpectedly. Just keep it up consistently and you will make good gains with this workout. You should start a routine page so you can keep a record of what you do everyday while you exercise.

I think I will!!!! need to find where... but think it would help me stay consistent! I just re-read my first post and maybe misleading my warm ups.. 50-60 second stretches in every direction for 20-30 mins. not 50 reps! I really dont count how many i do. I just call it a 50 rep after going around the horn if you will. THANK GOD i dont write workouts! hahahahahah
I will say... MY DICK is SORE! DLD stated many times to keep the stress level high to break thru to gains... I think I will do this 6 days and give it a whole day to recoup on Sunday... Hell... God does it! hahahahah
