I'm not terribly concerned with gaining alot of girth but the 6" mark would be nice to have at mid shaft. As with length work, I'll need something that doesn't rely on my hands. Is there something safe for girth like the Bib hanger is for hanging? I just don't think my hands would be effective unless there is an exercise I can do with both hands on one spot for maximum pressure.

Probly accurate ive let a cock ring on and that doesn't even compare to clamping and i only left it on for like 5 min I use it when peing. Everything is dangerous if rushed and done wrong.
 
i think i clamped wrong havn't did it in like 10 days my erection stills not 100% kegal feels sore tho maybe thats why i cant get 100%
 
I started clamping a week after I started Penis Enlargement and I have yet to run into a problem. I dont think clamping itself is intense its mostly with the squeezes and the bends that I feel the really intense pressure.
 
So would it be safe to start out with light pressure for about 5 minute sets and then gradually build up from there as I do with hanging weight? I've been moving up 1 pound per week with my hanging and its been great so far. Also, what type of clamp do most people prefer? I thought I saw a pic of someone clamping using a hose clamp the other day that is tightened by a screw.
 
In my opinion doing 5min. sets with light pressure is very safe considering the fact that I immediately went into it with 20-30min. sets while doing extreme head squeezes and bends. I have seen people using the hose clamps for clamp work but the tool of choice is the CableCuff or CableClamp, (same thing) they can be found in the electrical department at Home Depot.
 
I live in the U.S. I bought the "CableClamp" brand from Walmart. I've had 0 injuries from clamping, started after about three months of pe. Take a look at Red's constrictor guide. That in and of itself will teach you what you need to know. Additionally there are numerous threads by many members here on clamping. Clamping is very safe in my opinion and it is the bread and butter of great girth gains. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Best of luck.
