Hey guys, I've been lurking these forums for quite a while and it's changed me from a skeptic to a believer. I've been doing my research, and while the commonly held belief remains the Penis Enlargement is impossible, I am starting to find studies which say they are. I guess a lot of former studies were done incorrectly, possibly because the subjects weren't doing the exercises right. Here's one study that shows stretching devices really works:

So what's lead me to want to increase the size of my penis? Well, I think most men can admit they'd love to have a bigger schlong as opposed to a smaller/average/even slightly above average one, but my problem came with my current girlfriend. Before we hooked up, I remember she telling me about her ex (who was about 8 inches in length and I assume a decent girth measurement too) and how it was perfect for her and the sex was amazing. She said she likes them big because she prefers riding on top and it's easier for her to get off that way. It really struck my heart after we started getting serious. I know how to please a girl in bed, and I can get her off every time, but there's always that thought lingering in the back of my head that any girl would have a lot more fun with a bigger dick. I am only average, around 6x5, and I am now ready to change it. It's dealt a blow to my self-confidence, so I really hope I can make some progress here.
Anyway, I've actually got a few questions...
So, I've decided I'm going to start using DLD's first routine, but I'm curious about one thing. When it comes to the stretches (out and to the left/center/right etc.) am I doing this in a completely flaccid state or partially erect (I know you need to be mostly erect for jelqing, but what about stretching)? Also, what are the risks of damaging myself permanently? How much force and intensity should I be using? How bad would it be to do stretches and jelqing exercises without warming up?
