Every time i go to do the stretches i end up getting hard. i still have not yet been able to do them!
The jelqing has been going really well and i can already see the difference i have been doing it nearly a week 300-500 jelqs. But i dont think i will see much gains by doing these alone. I want to add stretching in but i keep getting hard!
Anyone else had this problem and found alternatives ot ways to perform the routine to its max?
Will this routine see good gains after a long decon break, aim is pure length from 7" to 8". You guys think i have made the correct decision going back to basics n00b routine?
