hello all I skimmed through these forums a month ago and I started a routine that I was able to fit in my busy schedule. so what I've been doing is a pre warm towel and what I believe is called the mandingo stretch and v-stretch for a minute each then jelq about 50 times with that jar opener looking device once every other day. I've definitely gained some girth although I'm more concerned with length. So can you guys tell me the exercises aimed more towards length gain?
