At first I was skeptical of ideas such as these, but I'm willing to give this a 100% belief that it works, so my effort will be there, I just might need some support from time to time.

I tried DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 3 weeks at the start of this summer, but, I was scared away from blood spots on the tip and shaft of my penis. I'm back again, with a few questions to give it a 2nd try, hopefully a more safer approach with the site's knowledgeable feedback. If any questions have been already asked, I apologize for my lack of thorough research, I'm just short on time to read through all of these postings, but soon I will get there and hopefully give back to the site in some way.

1. Is there a quick helpful tip to help reduce blood spots? My biggest concern is injury.
2. With my basic knowledge of programs such as 'P90x' theres an idea of muscle confusion to increase gains. Can this be applied to Penis Enlargement?
3. Raw tissue.. does this eventually get easier to work Penis Enlargement on pulling and such? Like a calicus effect? or is there a lotion/something to make these exercises easier on the tissue?
4. How do you know if you use too much or too little pressure/intensity during the workouts?

I'll have to stick with hands only techniques for now, maybe later ill get involved with clamps and pumps.
measurements: 5" girth 6" length
goal: 6"/7"

last question before I forget, what time of day works best for you guys? Early morning? Before bed at night? Before/after a gym workout?

Warming up and warming down will help with spotting. Also practice the Testical Health Massage and Stretch for further preventative care.

Not really. The penis is has very little muscle and the muscle it does have is smooth muscle which does not react the same as skeletal muscles. In the sense of continuous expansion it does relate to muscle work but that is about it. We do have pelvic floor muscles that are very important to Penis Enlargement that can be trained for strength as these are predominately skeletal muscles.

It becomes harder to work with as you gain. Most men will gain the gains they want easily because they are in the 1-2 inch area. In my case I was looking for 4+" in length. After my first 2" it became harder and harder to gain and this is why we see some of the intense routines out there, when gains slow intensity needs to be turned up. I went on to gain 2+ more inches but this took 3 years in comparison to the 6 months it took to make the first 2".

Usually you can tell from expansion with girth. After a girth routine you should measure above your normal size by at least .25". This constant temporary gain will eventually cement and there will be a new temporary size. With length you just need to put your all in. Stretch with intent and strength. Gains can be found in length through measuring flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed, this is where length gains show up first.

split routine, 30 minutes am, 30 minutes pm (minimum)

One thing I notice right off the bat is I have 2 blood spots on my shaft and 2 on the head of my penis. (Just to make sure Im using correct vocabulary, a blood spot is a red or black spot under the skin that wasn't there before, right?)

This happens to most guys in the beginning and even later, if they start a more intense routine. They will fade away after a day, nothing to worry about.
 
I searched this and instead of starting a new thread, i hope TS doesnt mind me hijacking his thread.

I tried Penis Enlargement some time back about a year n a half but i stopped after red spots appearing after every session of manual stretching. i stopped, fearing irrepairable injuries.

I recently bought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and on DLD's advise i added the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Problem is: the red spots on my glan are back. If i pull with any intent, red spots will appear. Do i proceed or am i doing anything wrong?

Previously, i can jelq without any major issues, but any length work that requires me grabbing my glan will give rise to spots. I dont wish to stop, any advise will be much appreciated.

Thanks rakas, is this expected to happen every single time i do manual stretches? Tats what happens to me, after the first round of 30 secs each direction, i get the spots. So i didnt proceed to the second set. :(

It varies from person to person, as a rule i'd just carry on unless theres a sharp pain and its possible after a while it will stop. Also check your form to make sure your doing it correctly.
 
Thanks dude! Do u think one of those vacuum thingy that catches on to the glan so i can pull without constricting the glan will help my stretching?

I am so going to do this till i reach my goal this time.
