Mr. T When you're ready there's plenty of devices available to help with your progress. Along with that there's tons of info on how to use them to assist with your growth.

Get all your measurements and then hide the ruler for a few months except for occasional girth measurements post-workout and weekly BPFSL (Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length) measurements. That was one I failed to get when I started but now I understand it's importance. Other than that checking daily will drive you nuts.

Okay I'm talking too much! Get to reading as all I'm doing is regurgitating readily available info

Welcome! Trust me, there's enough material to read on here, to keep you busy for a long time! I was a member for months, before I ever posted at all......cause I was just soaking it up! Do lots of reading, start slow, and if you're ever in doubt, please ask!
