New manual stretching techinque.

This is a new technique that I have been working on in order to improve the effectiveness of manual stretching. It is based on a couple of simple ideas. They are: stretching with your palm facing down as opposed to up and putting your thumb on the inside of you stretching grip as opposed to on the outside.

This is how it's done:

1. Grab your penis using a standard OK grip with you thumb on top of your index finger.

2. Put your thumb underneath your index finger instead of on top bending your thumb to a 90 degree angle.

3. Turn your hand over moving the head of your penis toward you and turning your palm down to face the ground. Try to make it so that your knuckles are in a line at close to a 90 degree angle to your body. Or in other words your knuckles should be pointing straight out with your smallest finger knuckle furthest away and your glans should be pointing toward your body.

4. Squeeze your hand as tight as you need to for you to be able to put all of your strength into the stretch.

Notes: To get the most out of this stretch or any manual stretch you will (in my opinion) need to have some blood in the head of your penis. I advise doing three hundred jelqs before hand as a warm up and also because I find that this gives an anchor to grip on to. When doing these stretches I put my hand that is not gripping my glans around my shaft. Not gripping tightly but also pushing outward. This hand (and arm) should be in almost exactly the same position as the first hand but further toward the base of the penis. The idea is to push it up to meet the other hand.

Why this works so well is because:

1. In a normal manual stretch you are mainly using muscles on the inside of your arm. These muscles are weaker than the muscles on the outside of the arm hence the fact that we can push harder than we can pull. Having the palm facing down we are able to use the muscles on the outside of our arms and can therefore get a much stronger stretch.

2. When you put the thumb on the inside of your fist you can create a much tighter squeeze with a lot less effort than with your index finger on the inside. Note that when your index finger is on the inside of your grip firstly you cannot get your thumb round your index fingers knuckles well enough to add much squeeze and therefore end up kind of pushing sideways with your thumb and secondly that your index finger ends up pushing into your palm and taking away a lot of the potential pressure that your fingers could provide. In a way your thumb acts as a spacer and allows your fingers to grip as hard as they really can.

Other points:

I have my palms both facing more or less down unless I am stretching upward and in that case I only turn over my hand that is closer to the base of my penis in order to maintain a good grip with my other hand. You also might want to open up your hand that is not grip your glans a bit so that it can go slightly over the hand that is gripping your glans. The important thing is that the strength from both hands is transfered to your penis.

I also try to make sure that I am stretching at close to my full strength arm wise instead of, or as well as, grip wise. If I am not then I try to think of ways to improve my grip.

The main stretch that I explained is a downward stretch primarily but can be moved around easily as you use almost the same technique for stretching straight out.

I've seen a couple of slight variation gripping methods, but I think most of us use the "okay". Yours seems to deviate more but I'm not sure on all the knuckle positioning and whatnot. Perhaps you could snap a couple of pictures showing the position and differences and put it in the pic forum, as I think that would be helpful to some of us.
 
Chi- Yes you would see all of your knuckles. An easy way to think about it is.

1) Grab your penis with a standard ok grip.
You'll notice that your thumb is side by side with your index or that your index finger is under your thumb i.e squashed between your thumb and penis.

2) Now bend your thumb at a 90 degree angle at the second knuckle. i.e the one closest to your nail.
When doing this put your index finger over the top of your thumb. Wrap it round between the end of your thumb and your second knuckle. So that your thumb is under your finger. Imagine clenching your fist but having your thumb inside your fist up to the second knuckle.

3) Turn your hand over bending your penis back on itself so that your glans is pointing towards your body.

4) Push straight out or downward. Your penis should go round your biggest thumb bone.

The knuckle positioning is not too important it was simply a way for me to try to explain the postion that your hand should be in.

2) Bend your thumb at a 90 degree angle at the second knuckle. i.e. the knuckle closest to the nail.
When doing this put your index finger over the top of your thumb. Wrap the end of your index finger round your thumb. Wrap it round between the end of your thumb and the second knuckle. To get this position correct imagine clenching your fist but putting your thumb inside your fingers but only up to the thumb knuckle nearest to the nail.

3) Turn your hand over bending your penis back on itself so that you can see your knuckles. Your glans should now be pointing toward your body.

4) Push outward or down. Your penis should basically be wrapped around your largest thumb bone.

I hope this has helped. Sorry I can't post pictures because I don't have a digital camera. It's amazing how difficult this is to explain.

This is how I grip it.... Get something and wrap it around the penis(I use a sock sometimes) then put a zip tye around it so it holds the sock on the penis and the zip tye will be used just the same as if you were useing the OK sighn and gripping the penis by your self. After that get another zip tye and zip tye it on the 1st one thats around ur penis. Then thats it..if that makes any sence lol if i knew how to put pics n here i wud sry.
 
I know what you mean Mike. Sometimes even what looks like the simplest idea in Penis Enlargement can be a nightmare to explain. I experienced that whilst typing out this explanation of my stretch technique.
 
hey there tomd can just say the grip ur on about is this the one dld uses in his videos as that is the grip i use and i get a brilliant grip to good that ive split the end of my penis numerous times not really bad but little paper cuts around the end. im currently waiting for skin to grow back lol. not gunna do anymore stretches till [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] arrives hopefully i can gain an inch off the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words].

I'm going to give this grip style a try. I do a lot of strength training in the gym which means I generate a lot of force but only for a very short time(heavy weight-low reps). This includes my grip: I can squeeze very hard but not for very long before my grip starts to fail.
Hopefully this technique can help me to hold on for longer. Thanks for the tip!
 
Woot!! I figured out to stretch with my palms down, But I never tried gripping the normal OK and then turning my palm down like your doing. I'll try it next pe. I'll see if this gets a better grip on the head by having it wrapped around the thumb and points at the face. (: Hello From Tokyo :) Yin.
