Hello everyone! I am new here and have been enjoying looking around so far. Like many, I am interested in adding on some more length and girth to my penis. I hope to post a log thread to help keep me on the right path to success. My only question so far is, how does one go about uploading/sharing pictures on here?

Hello Matt and welcome to the Brotherhood! I suggest you look at 2 threads that will be very helpful in your starting PE. Just click the button at the bottom of the post window that says "Go Advanced" and this will bring you to the full post window, if you scroll down a bit you will see the attachment window and from there is is pretty self explanatory. With video you will find a "Insert Video" link at the bottom left of the post window.

Not sure about posting pictures to your profile but they will certainly be linked through your posting them in the forum. The best place to post progress pictures and videos is in the Routines and Progress forum. This will bring a lot of attention to your pictures and progress. Most members that gain the best have a Progress Therad. It gives you a clear map of your progress but it also allows us to give you advice as you progress. I wish you the best my Brother.
 
That's one of the main reasons for joining honestly. I'll be able to keep track of my progress, get help and hints along the way. And then I'll also be able to share some advice of what worked vs what didn't. Hopefully that thread will be up soon.

Those are the components to a solid PE future. Much of this game is about accountability to the Brothers here, when you have good news we cheer for you and when you have problems we are here to help. Get a good routine, stay involved with the Brotherhood and watch the gains pour in!

Listen to Aim, he knows what he's talking about! Accountability is a key to growth, make a plan, post about it and stay connected here too with other PE'ers and you WILL make the gains you want. It's all just about commitment.

This is why daily involvement is so valuable to making gains, it keeps you head in the right space and you become accountable to your Brothers here.
 
Thanks for the tip on where to upload pics. I'm on my iPhone, as Internet is not an option at the moment. And it seems there isn't a place for mobile devices to upload pics.

In regards to all of the other posts, it's very inspiring to have people already behind me on this already. I really hope to make some quality gains, both in length and girth. Also, I have found a thread that has a formula for a drink mix containing celery seeds to improve semen production, and help with firmness while erect. Ideally, I would love to have a massive vein-y cock, even while completely flaccid. Most of my life, I have been more than self conscious, shy, and dare I say embarrassed about my size.

So far all of my posts are going to be kept here in this thread until I get some pics uploaded to start a progress thread. In the mean time, I'm going to continue searching through the site for some other various helpful hints!

I do have a small collection of PE devices already. :-) and I do not expect anything to happen over night per say. This is something I have been interested in for some time now, and that has led me to my small collection of PE products. Once I get things sorted out, I'll also post pics of my tool box. :-)

While I have been interested in this for a while and have been doing some off and on things, I have noticed some what of a change in size already. Albeit small gains, I'm just happy to see I have started to make progress.

motivation is what gets up off the couch. dicipline is what keeps you off.

dicipline is like everything else. something you need to train.

and yes it does get easier. but you need to work on it. else nothing will happen.

start practicing. like you need to use 3 minuts. every day on a drawing. and only those 3 minutes.

this is zen training. it is not focused on 1 single issue. but rather on all of the,. this is a key component in a good life aswell.

Discipline is something most people lack. They tend to blame their lack of discipline on things like addiction, alcoholic, etc. For instance in my mind there is no such thing as alcoholism, there is only a massive lack of self control and discipline. I make the choice to drink, no one is forcing me and if I give into my weakness it is a disease? No, I am sorry it is a total lack of discipline. In PE discipline is vital. In order to make a change it takes about 30 days. So if someone practices PE every day for 1 month it will become a new, good habit.

About ten years ago most drug addiction centers would keep a patient in their care for 28 days. This was the time across the board because of the 28 days it takes to make a change. Today, with how shitty insurance is and how much hospitals charge it makes it impossible for people to get the help they need. I saw this first hand when I was in the hospital for 4 months. I have incredible insurance and my 120 day stay was completely covered by my insurance and I got better. My life is incredible now compared to the way it was. But in my stay I saw people come in with drug habits, mental problems and no housing. Their insurance, like most insurance, allowed them to stay for 7 days! This is ridiculous and these people never got the help they needed. Most of these patients would be back the following week for another 7 days and this pattern repeated itself over and over. I went to the hospital to make a medication change and it took all of the 120 days to get it right. I have no addiction issues,money issues or housing issues and my heart breaks for the people who do and can't get the help they need. This is a vicious cycle that can easily be stopped if insurance companies gave more time and hospitals charge less for the stay. My stay at the hospital costed my insurance $120,000 + medications! That is ludicrous and completely unjustified.

What I learned about myself mostly was I had many habits that were from a lack of discipline. Once I took control and responsibility for my issues I was able to exercise the discipline necessary to change my life. Yes, the medication played a major role in my getting better but the cognitive piece was just as important.

this is my opinion 100%

this generation (mine included) has this weird ass race running towards a diagnosis. or some other label to put upon themself.
"im depressed" "im bi polar" "i can't lose fat" "im an alcoholic" "im anorexic" (and don't get me started on kids and adhd. i mean a kids mind wanders off for a few minutes. and someone is stuffing his head with pills) etc etc.

and yes there is people with these diagnosis and those people need help.

but so far. the people claiming to have diagnosis. and who actually should have one. i would say 50% is just whiny bitches who wants attention. and i can't stand it.

i call it "the victim mentality" people don't want a good life anymore. no people will be on their peak. if something horrible happens to them. so they get the chance to whine. preferably in the medias. and frosting on the cake is if they have people to whine with.

at some point in history people started to symphatize with losers. which is fine. but it resulted in people starting to see the successful people as the bad guys etc.

most people now adays are programmed to become losers. they don't want people informed. they want them in depth. and stupid. slave 2015!

I hear ya, and totally agree. If you want results with anything (weight loss, better income, happier life, or even a bigger penis) it all ultimately comes down to you! And as mentioned before, one needs discipline and obviously the right mind set.

Personally, as mentioned before, I have always been a bit shy and embarrassed about the size of my penis. So ultimately, I have done some searching and tried a few things. I've gotten some small gains, but now that I have this account here, I'm finally getting some great feedback and much appreciated support!

The only thing I do t have right now are the goals that you have in your chart. I don't know if I want to make it to 10 inches long, or who knows, maybe I do and decide to go for a bit more? I guess my love life will be the final determining factor on that one. I would just like to have something that is not going to make me feel shy and aftaid to be nude in some situations.

I guess the only discipline I really need, is to control my "self soothing". Yes, masturbation. I enjoy it, and the release it makes me feel. But I don't want it to hinder my gains, or my routine (ie: mid routine, I finish myself off in stead of completing my routine). And along those lines, as mentioned before, I'm really interested in finding that drink formula that contains celery seeds I believe, and you mix it all in a blender for a bigger load.

Sorry got a bit off topic. Anyway, I just wanted to check in quick and let everyone know I am on a bit of a routine with stretching and using some various cock rings. And sorry for no pics yet, but I'm still without internet and I'm not sure if that's causing my pics to not load or what. It lets me search for my pictures, and it gets to the part about loading it, but the loading bar never moves like it's making any progress.

You're getting the right attitude now, that's the most important part. Setting goals is all about what you want. According to surveys the perfect size for most women is somewhere from 6.5-8.0 inches in length and 5.5-6.0" inches in girth. That's some easy data to use to help you set a goal that maybe fits in that area.

With the masturbation, if it's becoming compulsive or your can't NOT finish yourself off while doing PE you might want to address that. Don't let it become a bigger issue down the road. Now we all do that sometimes, but you need to be able to control it, especially for your girth workouts.

To bring this even more to a reasonable place, on a big poll that was done with strippers and dildos, most of the women picked the 6.5 x 5 inch size as being their favorite. This is incredibly encouraging because I think every man can get to that size.

Wow, that's interesting. That is very achievable for almost anyone. I wonder if there would be any difference if it was a real penis, being that all of it is not always usable and with a real penis, they are not in control of it the whole time to ensure it's hitting the right spots. Would be an interesting survey, if they lined up real guys of different sizes and did that test again. My guess is there would be no shortage of volunteers.

I'm just glad I was able to go so long without an uninterrupted session! So far, I can tell a difference in the feel and look of my balls that I need a good release. I think this weekend I'll try the drink I was mentioning, or at least get the supplies ordered to make mentioned drink.

All in all, I'm hoping to make gains everywhere. Length, girth, and load. Again, I'm glad I am starting to make some progress.

Great that you are noticing the progress and seeing visual gains. I can't wait to hear your reviews on the celery when you do get off...just be careful not to drown yourself:)
 
Plans have changed slightly. The reason for not fully bringing myself to orgasm is because I was to meet with someone for a sexual therapy session. I was contacted by them, and informed me that they were not feeling in the best of health. I'm not too worried about it though, because I slightly injured myself at work last night, and didn't realize how bad it was until I was home and relaxing for about an hour. I was ready to contact them first thing this morning to cancel anyway, but they weren't feeling good, so it all worked out.

No worries there. I believe I have disciplined myself enough to hold off until I can get rescheduled. So in the mean time, I believe I will continue to make celery a part of my daily snack. Like I said, 10oz for $2.99 isn't too bad. But after a month, that's $90. However I have only been eating it so far now for 4 days, and have been climax free for a week. My balls look fuller, and feel like they hang with a little more weight, and it feels fantastic.

Wasn't supposed to be a video, was supposed to be a pic. And I'm not sure on the file size off hand. I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus, and I selected insert video, then it gave me the option to select "video" or "picture" so I selected picture, and that's what I got

Sadly I did not take pics, but I finally decided to see what kind of a difference the celery made. Let me just say I was not ready for the outcome. If I had to guess, it was about 3.5 tablespoons worth! And I shot much harder and further than I ever have! (Possibly over a foot in distance, and I'm usually a dripper)

2 weeks of waiting, plus 10oz of celery every few days = pretty amazing results!

Good for you. I have also been eating celery but have not yet seen good results. I may increase my intake and keep a better record. You have inspired this in me and a bigger load is something I really want to acquire.

If there's anything I have learned, it's training, and discipline. I have another 2 days until I allow myself to release so I can gather up some test results. :-)
 
*Super Horny Goat Weed (twice daily, once in the morning, again at dinner time)
*Saw Palmetto Berries (same as SHG)
*Lecithin (Once daily)

Keep in mind, I only take one daily (IE: today SHG, tomorrow SPB, next day Lecithin). I'm cycling through these daily to try to confuse my system, and not get used to the same routine every day. Not sure how this will affect my results, but we will see.

Also, as mentioned before, I am snacking on about 10oz of celery every other day or so. I like to change that up as well so again my system doesn't just get used to it.

I really wish I would have recorded my first experience with just celery alone. Keep in mind, I am 32, and when I finally went for my initial test I had no idea what to expect. Let me tell you, I felt an enormous amount of release. I'm usually a dribbler, but I shot (with a good bit for force) probably around a foot to a foot and a half. That was a mess that actually made me happy to clean up.

I'm usually easily aroused anyway, but currently this is my third day of trying these pills. And I am not shy to say, even just telling this story has me fully erect and throbbing. Also I have noticed my balls feel and look to be more fuller, and healthier since introducing celery to my diet.

Only about 2 more days or so until I go for some test results! In the mean time, I'll also be doing some stretching to help increase the length and girth of my penis. Stay tuned!

Keep in mind, I only take one daily (IE: today SHG, tomorrow SPB, next day Lecithin). I'm cycling through these daily to try to confuse my system, and not get used to the same routine every day. Not sure how this will affect my results, but we will see.

Also, as mentioned before, I am snacking on about 10oz of celery every other day or so. I like to change that up as well so again my system doesn't just get used to it.

I really wish I would have recorded my first experience with just celery alone. Keep in mind, I am 32, and when I finally went for my initial test I had no idea what to expect. Training supersede all these pills and supplement I see people posting all about on the forum. When you start taking all this supplements, your willingness to train stays draining. I don't know how it happens but that's just the point. All the big gainers never dedicated so much time to all these supplements.

good . Horny goat weed no side effects good for blood flow. Saw palmetto good for prostate health and is good to prevent hair fall. Lecithin sunflower based not soya will give you lots so sperms.

This really does seem to be the case not only with supplements but with chemical PE. I don't think any of it pans out as well as the actual work. It is kind of like going into a gym and taking a bunch of supplements and not doing the work. Supplements are only as good as the effort put behind them.
 
I'm still doing my routine for PE. And with the help that everything is giving me so far, I wouldn't be surprised if I start seeing more gains in that area as well soon.

Trust me, I was doing my routine last night, and by the time I was finished, I was rock solid and dripping. It's always good to get some fresh blood in there, especially after doing some stretching, and I am in no short supply in that department.

Sorry no results yet, I'm still at work for a few more hours. Ah the life of working second shift... I'll post results as soon as I can!
