The other day I was bored during my routine and figured lets try something different. So I thought to myself self what can I do to get max engorgement.
Then some idea came to my mind. I remembered reading ALL this great stuff some guys say edging and PONR release into the unit. Si I thought let incorporate them into it. and of course "old faithful" jelqing and I did clamped edging after that.
Here what it looked like:
-Edging(kept hands on and under head area to speed up the PONR) for about 5 minutes.
-Then jumped right into erect jelqing 10-20 GOOD reps to keep that blood in there.
-reverse kegel in as much blood as possible. Then get right into clamped edging. 3-5 minutes.
What do you guys think. Safe or dangerous move?
